Harms Land Rollers

The Results are In: Harms Land Rollers... • Keep moisture in the soil • Firmly pack the soil to prevent weed growth • Enable better germination • Can be used for alfalfa, hay, soybeans and more.

“The single best thing we’ve done at our dairy since we built the parlor. I don’t think you find 10 cows with hyperkeratosis in the herd. In an 8 hour shift we were able to pick-up and extra 100 cows, just over a 10% increase! They do a better job!” - De-Su Holsteins, Darin Meyer,

New Albin, IA, 1150 Cows—3X

“Our SCC dropped 220,000 and we attribute a good portion of that to IMPULSE! We have less squawking and reattaches are next to nothing! The units hang much straighter and they just attach better. Our cows are much more comfortable” - Rancho Cantera, Bill Croatt, Kent, IL, 1200 Cows—3X

12 • 15 • 16 • NEW 24’ • 30 • 32 • 36 • 40 • 45 • 45 Deluxe • 24” drum diameter • 1/2” drum wall thickness • 6-hole hub rated to industry maximum of 5,000 lbs.

We noticed much faster milk-outs... In 2 days we picked up 1 hour per milking. We’ve never had teat ends this good….83% are 1’s & 2’s! Our SCC is the best it’s ever been. The liner has the best interest of the cow in mind!” - Hilltop Dairy Loren Greenfield, Markesan, WI, 900 Cows—3X

• Wing steering for easy folding • Variable flex slot allows for rollers to flex in the field on uneven surfaces • 2-7/16 bearings for proven performance • All pivots are grease zirc fitted • 36’ and larger units feature rear stabilizer braces for added support.

Replastering and Complete Silo Repair

At Its Best!

Silo Replastering is a very specialized business that we excel in, due to experience, the best equipment and mixture for cement. We high pressure blast the walls for the cleanest and roughest finish. The rougher the better. We want the walls to get moist so the stave doesn’t dry the plaster any faster than possible; It is extremely important that all old silage and corroded concrete be removed. This important wall clean-up will assure the Osakis crew that the new plaster will bond completely with the existing silo walls.

Once the silo is washed, we rinse and rerinse the bottom; again the cleaner the wall, the better the bond.

EXPERIENCE THE ADVANTAGE A special combination of cement, hardener, plaster sand, and water are thoroughly mixed to create heavy, rich concrete plaster. The mixture is pumped and applied under pressure to the silo walls. During this process, the silo crew makes every effort to fill any voids or worn spots on the wall. We also hand trowel for a very smooth finish for a slick wall.

The finished product; Heavy plaster, very rich concrete, seals your silo and allows the feed to clean off the wall much better. All this applied by the company you know will stand behind what we sell!
