8 oz. softened Cool Whip 1-3 oz. package instant vanilla pudding 8 oz. softened cream cheese Before serving add: 15 oz. can drained crushed pineapple (some prefer tidbits instead) 1 small can drained mandarin oranges Chill.

1 cup all-purpose our 1 cup nely chopped pecans 1/2 cup butter, softened 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 cup powdered sugar 16 oz. Cool Whip, thawed and divided 5.1 oz instant vanilla pudding 1 1/2 cup cold milk 1/2 cup blueberries 3 cups fresh strawberries, halved

pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar. Fold in half of the cool whip; mix until smooth. Spread over crust. In another mixing bowl, beat pudding and milk until smooth. Spread over cream cheese layer. Cover with remaining Cool Whip.

Decorate with blueberries and strawberries to resemble a ag, using the blueberries for stars and strawberries for the stripes. Refrigerate for at least Combine our, pecans and butter. Press 1 hour before serving. Yields 12-15 servinto the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 ings.

3 cups chopped chicken 1 1/2 cup carrots, grated 1 1/2 cup celery, chopped 1 Tbsp onion, minced 1 pt. sour cream 3/4 cup Miracle Whip 1 can shoestring potatoes

8 oz. cream cheese 1 Tbsp. milk 2 Tbsp. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. horseradish 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 6 oz. crab meat

Combine all ingredients except shoestring potatoes. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Stir in shoestring potatoes before serving.

Combine cream cheese, milk, chopped onion, horseradish, salt, pepper and crab. Bake in casserole at 375 for 20 minutes or until mixture bubbles. Serve with crackers.

Moist White Cake 1 moist supreme white cake mix 3/4 cup water 1/3 cup oil 3 egg whites 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt Put everything in a mixing bowl. Mix at low speed for 30 seconds to combine. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes then pour into 9x13 pan bake at 375 for 30-35 min.
