What is the selection process for the SSC MTS exam?

The selection process for the SSC MTS exam is based on two stages – the written examination and a personal interview.The written examination consists of four papers, namely Paper I (Objective type), Paper II (Descriptive type), Paper III (GeneralAwareness) and Paper IV (Reasoning and Numerical Ability).The candidates who clear the written exam will be eligible to appear for the personal interview round.

Paper I is an objective type paper which tests the candidate’s knowledge and aptitude in various fields such as General Intelligence, English Language and QuantitativeAptitude.The maximum marks for this paper are 100.
