“This is a radical change from the current working of Indian Railways, where Railways shared a part of the terminalaccesschargewiththeGCD operator,”therailwaysfirmsaid. This step has ensured that the terminal can be developed without investment fromtheRailwaysorDFCCC.

The terminal has been commissionedwithin75daysfromthe awardofthecontract.
