VISAKHAPATNAM: The Visakha Container Terminal recently welcomed the longest and biggest vessel they have handled to date.

On 7th of May 2023 vessel M.V. Prague Express, with LOA 336 meters and Beam 43 meters (width), GRT (weight) 93,750 ton having a carrying capacity of 8,750 TEU was handledefficiently.Aparcelsizeof2,094TEUwashandled with a Gross Crane rate of 34 moves per hour which is testimony to the terminal's excellent operational efficiencyandworld-classinfrastructure.

The above vessel has arrived at NHAVA SHEVA (BMCT) on 21/05/2023 with Import Cargo in containers.

Consignees are requested to obtain DELIVERY ORDERS on presentation of ORIGINAL BILLS of LADING and on payment of relative charges as applicable within 5 days or else Detention Charges will be applicable.

If there is any delay in CY-CFS movement due to port congestion Line/Agent are not responsible for the same.

Consignees will please note that the Carriers and/or their Agents are not bound to send Individual Notifications regarding the arrival of the vessel or the goods.
