Maersk launches Jade Express Service connecting Far East Asia, Indian Subcontinent & Pakistan The rotation will be: Colombo - Mundra - Port Qasim - Mundra. New Service will commence from September 3rd, 2020.

COPENHAGEN/MUMBAI: In order to make the supply chain more efficient both in terms of cost and time, day-in and day-out, Maersk has introduced the Jade Express service.

The Jade Express commencing September 3rd, 2020 out of Colombo will connect the Far East Asia, Indian Subcontinent and Pakistan.

The rotation will be: Colombo - Mundra - Port Qasim Mundra.

The ports in Far East Asia will be covered by our own network as pre-carriage connecting to the Jade Express service in Colombo.

With the introduction of these, existing Pakistan Express and Pakistan Express 2 services will be terminated.

The last westbound sailing of Pakistan Express will be XIN HONG KONG (voyage 041W), estimated to depart from Qingdao August 4th while the last eastbound sailing will be XIN HONG KONG (voyage 041E), estimated to depart from Karachi, August 28th.

The last westbound sailing of Pakistan Express 2 will be COSCO KAOHSIUNG (voyage 076W), estimated to depart from Shanghai August 6th while the last eastbound sailing will be COSCO KAOHSIUNG (voyage 077E), estimated to depart from Karachi, August 29th, said in a Maersk statement.

Mansukh Mandaviya reviews the development of India’s 1st Trans-shipment hub - Vallarpadam Terminal of Cochin Port COCHIN: Minister of State for Shipping (I/C) Shri Mansukh Mandaviya has reviewed the development activities of Vallarpadam Terminal of Cochin Port. It is envisaged as first Trans-shipment port of India, managed by DP World.

Shri Mandaviya directed officials to chalk out the strategy to tackle the various

challenges and actualize the vision of Trans-shipment Hub of India and pioneer hub in the South Asia. Shri Mandaviya said “We are developing Trans-shipment facility on Indian port to ensure that Indian cargo trans-ship through Indian Port. Resolving various issues of Vallarpadam Terminal is one of the top priority of the Ministry of Shipping.”

Mansukh Mandaviya reviews the development of India’s 1st Trans-shipment hub - Vallarpadam Terminal of Cochin Port Cont’d. from Pg. 1 Trans-shipment Hub is the terminal at the port which handles containers, stores them temporarily and transfers them to other ships for the onward destination.The Kochi International Container Transshipment Terminal (ICTT), locally known as the Vallarpadam Terminal is located strategically on the Indian coastline. It successfully fulfills all the criteria which are needed to develop it as trans-shipment hub which include: It is best positioned Indian port with regard to proximity to International sea routes; It is located at least average nautical distance from all Indian feeder ports; It entails a connectivity which has multiple weekly feeder connections to all ports on West & East Coast of India, From Mundra to Kolkata; It has proximity to key hinterland markets of India; It has the infrastructure to manage large ships and capacity to scale it up as per requirement.

Vallarpadam Terminal of Cochin Port is proposed to be developed as most preferred gateway for South India and leading trans-shipment hub of South Asia.

Govt would help in creating a conductive ecosystem for manufacturing and exporting electronic items : Piyush Goyal NEW DELHI: Union Commerce and Industry Minister, Shri Piyush Goyal has said that his ministry was looking at identifying select electronic items that could be manufactured in India in large scale like television sets, Closed Circuit TVs, Air Conditioners etc, and exported in large quantities. Interacting with members of Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC) through a video conference today, the minister called on the industry to give specific suggestions regarding such products and the policy interventions that were required to make them competitive.

The government would help in creating a conductive ecosystem for such products to be manufactured and exported.

Calling upon the electronics hardware sector to use the route of innovation, R&D, expansion of domestic footprints, and increasing exports, the minister said that industries which are more self-reliant and grew without the support of the government, have made their mark. In this

regard, he flagged the trailblazing example of IT, ITeS and BPO sectors, which have established a formidable position as a solution provider and exporter.

Depending exclusively on incentives, such as Exports from India Scheme (MEIS), the minister said, may not add to the competitiveness of the products since such schemes are time bound and export competitiveness should come from inherent strengths. He also underscored the need for the industr y and the government to come together to implement the National Mission on Quantum Technologies & Applications (NM-QTA), which is used for engineering solutions to extremely complex problems in computing, communications, sensing, chemistry, cryptography, imaging, and mechanics.

Referring to the need of having quality and accurate data for the software and ser vices exports from the country, Shri Goyal said that his ministry was taking up this issue with RBI. Assuring full support to the Electronics and Computer Software

sector, he said that the industry has been increasing indigenous production in the last couple of years, and expected the sector to rise to the occasion to the Prime Minister ’s clarion call for Aatamnirbhar Bharat. Underscoring the need for trust between the government and industry to push the Prime Minister’s vision of Aatamnirbhar Bharat, the minister said that the two should come together to tap the enormous business potentials that are unbound.

“This government works towards giving industry an enabling ecosystem and it is for industry to chart their futuristic agenda not only for creating newer capacities, but also making Indian products world class and that is the essence of Aatmanribhar Bharat,” he added.

The minister unveiled the strategic paper, prepared by ESC, for augmenting India’s exports in electronics hardware and computer software. The paper contains several suggestions to accelerate India’s exports from these two sectors.

Ministry of Shipping approves Rs. 107 Crore for modern firefighting facilities for Haldia Dock Complex of Kolkata Port NEW DELHI: Union Minister of State (I/C) for Shipping Shri Mansukh Mandaviya has approved Rs. 107 Crore for augmentation of firefighting facilities on five jetties of Haldia Dock Complex, Kolkata Port.

The modern firefighting facility will enable the Haldia Dock Complex in safe handling of the movement of

petro-chemical products. The existing fire fighting facility does not support the handling the LPG and other petroleum products as per the guideline of Oil Industry Safety Directorate (OISD) of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. Ministry of Shipping has prioritized safety and security of cargo operation on all Major Ports. It is a move towards

compliance of global standards for fire safety.

LPG and LNG cargo on Haldia dock is projected to increase in the near future .The state- of-the-art firefighting infrastructure will help to manage the petro-chemical goods in a safe and secure manner at Kolkata Port by complying OISD guidelines.

DGFT lifts export ban on non-woven fabric used for making masks and coveralls NEW DELHI: The government has lifted the prohibition on export of all non-woven fabric used for production of masks and coveralls other than those in the 25-70 GSM (grams per square metre) and melt-blown categories.

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) in a notification said

export of non-woven fabric for 25-70 GSM and melt-blown fabric continues to be in the prohibited category.

“All other non-woven fabrics with GSM other than 25-70 GSM are freely allowed for exports,” DGFT said.

Last month, India allowed the export of personal protective

equipment(PPE) medical coveralls with a monthly quota of 50 lakh. It also permitted the export of nonsurgical/non-medical masks made up of rayon, nylon, polyester, viscose fabrics in woven, blended and knitted form in addition to masks made up of cotton, silk and woollen.

India’s exports to LatAm rises highest in the last 5 yrs, to 13.2 billion dollars in 2019-20 NEW DELHI : India’s exports reached 13182 million dollars in 2019-20 (April-March) from 10 billion in 2015-16, according to the figures just released by the Ministry of Commerce, India.

Brazil came back this year to claim its position as the # 1 destination of India’s exports to the region, with 3.97 billion dollars, overtaking Mexico.

The other major destinations were: Mexico USD 3.62 billion; Colombia USD1.04 billion; Chile USD 793 million; Peru USD 764 million; Argentina USD 763 million. Surprisingly, exports to Venezuela doubled to USD 340 million doubling from USD 165 million in 2018-19.

Exports to Mercosur was USD 5005 million, Pacific Alliance USD 6223 million, CAFTA (Central America + DR) USD 1200 million and others USD 754 million.

Major Exports Vehicles USD 3231 million; Chemicals USD 2576 mn; Machinery USD 1426 mn; Textiles USD 1058 mn; Diesel USD 1049 mn; Pharma USD 962 mn; Cotton USD 359 mn; Plastics USD 386 mn; Iron and steel USD 394 mn; Aluminium products USD 342 mn; Rubber products USD 264 mn.

Car Exports Latin America accounted for 28% of India’s global car exports of USD6.7 bn. Mexico was the second largest global market for Indian cars after US. Other major destinations: Chile USD 178 mn, Peru USD 139 mn, Paraguay USD 44mn, Bolivia USD 42 mn, Colombia USD 37 mn and Guatemala USD 31 mn.

Motorcycles India was the second largest supplier of motorcycles to Latin America with USD 458 million. This is 22% of India’s global exports of USD 2.1 billion.

Major destinations were Colombia USD 228 million, Mexico USD 69 mn, Guatemala USD 54 mn and Peru USD 20 mn. Colombia was the second largest global market for Indian motorcycles after Nigeria. Indian brands are market leaders in Colombia and Guatemala. Hero Motors has invested USD 80 million in a production plant in Cali, Colombia.

Pharmaceuticals India is the fifth largest supplier of pharmaceuticals to Latin America.

Major destination of India’s pharma exports: Brazil 297 million dollars, Chile 93 m, Peru 69 m, Colombia 65 m, Mexico 64 m, Venezuela 39 m, Dominican Republic 39 mn and Ecuador 30 mn.

India’s exports to some of the distant Latin American countries were more than the exports to neighboring countries or traditional trade partners with same or more population.

We have exported more motorcycles to Colombia than to neighbouring markets such as Sri Lanka (176 m), Nepal (198 m) and Bangladesh (156 m).

India’s car exports to Chile at 178 million dollars are more than the exports to Nepal (107 m), Bangladesh (72 m), Sri Lanka (40 m) and Myanmar (15 m).

Service Exports TCS had an annual turnover of 800 million dollars in 2019 in Latin America. This includes services to local clients as well as to those in North America and Europe. TCS employs 17560 Latin American staff in the region. The annual turnover of all the two dozen Indian IT, BPO and KPO firms in Latin America should be around 1.5 billion dollars.

Indian manufacturing companies in Latin America UPL has an annual turnover of 1.3 billion dollars with its plants making agrochemicals and development of new seed varieties in Brazil, Argentina and Colombia. UPL, the largest Indian agrochemical firm, has a larger business turnover in Brazil (1.2 billion dollars) than its business in India.

Aditya Birla’s group company Novellis has Aluminium and carbon black plants in Brazil with an annual turnover of 2 billion dollars.

Mothersons Group, the autoparts major with a worldwide revenue of 11 billion dollars has over a dozen plants in Mexico and Brazil generating 9.2 % of its global revenue, which amounts to about a billion dollars. There are a number of other Indian companies operating in the region in energy, pharma, tyres and other sectors. The annual revenue of the Indian manufacturing companies in Latin America should be around 4 billion dollars.

Imports As in the past two decades, Venezuela continued to be the main sources of imports in the region with 6.06 billion dollars. Other main sources: Mexico USD 4.3 billion, Brazil 3.07 bn, Argentina 2.33 bn, Peru 1.58 bn, Chile 1.18 bn, Bolivia 846 m and Colombia 811 m.

Main import items Crude oil 11009 million dollars; Gold USD 3743 mn; Veg oil USD 2188 mn; Copper USD 1079 mn; Machinery 612mn; Chemicals 426 mn; Wood 349mn; Iron & steel 332mn; Raw Sugar 249mn; Plastics 162mn; Fruits& Veg 158 mn; Pharma 86 mn.

Sources of crude oil imports: Venezuela 6.03 billion dollars, Mexico 3.3 bn, Brazil 1.1 bn, Colombia 290 m and Ecuador 254 m.

Gold import sourcing: Peru 1424 million dollars, Bolivia 843 m, Colombia 420 m, Brazil 369 m, Dom Republic 339 m and Argentina 190 m.

Argentina was the second largest (overtaking Malaysia) source of edible oil in the world with 1.95 billion dollars after Indonesia.

Trade 2019-20 : Decade of trade from 2010-11 to 2019-20 India’s exports had increased from 10.04billion dollars in the beginning of the decade to 13.7 bn in 2014-15. But the Latin American recession and economic difficulties caused a dip in India’s exports in 2015-16. Since then the exports have increased steadily to 13.18 bn in 2019-20.

India’s exports reached a peak of 31.38 billion dollars in 2012-13 due to the high crude oil prices and large volume of India’s imports from Venezuela.

But since then, the oil prices have come down and due to US sanctions, the volume of imports from Venezuela has also reduced. Reliance, the main importer of Venezuelan oil had suspended Venezuelan oil imports in the second quarter of 2020. But it has resumed imports in July 2020.

The annual India-Latin America trade had reached a peak of 44.08 billion dollars in 2013-14 due to the high oil prices and large crude imports from Venezuela.

Market Latin America, the region of 19 countries, has a total population of 600 million and GDP of 5.6 Trilion dollars. The region’s imports were 1.07 trillion dollars and exports 1.06 tn in 2019.

Mexico was the top trader with imports of 467 bn and exports of 472 bn.

Brazil’s imports were 177 bn and exports 223 bn. Surprisingly, Chile is the third largest trader with imports of 65 bn and exports of 64 bn. Argentina’s imports were 65 bn and exports 49 bn; Peru imports 42 bn and exports 45 bn; Colombia imports 40 bn and exports 42 bn.

There is potential for India to increase its exports to about 20 billion dollars in the next five years if the Indian exporters and government intensify their export promotion seriously and systematically. Although the region’s imports will decrease by over 10% due to the 9.1% GDP contraction forecast for 2020, India can certainly increase its share in the region’s imports.

For example, India can double its pharma exports to 2 billion to Latin America whose annual global imports are around 25 billion dollars.

Motorcycle demand is going up in the region, consequent to the need for social distancing after the corona pandemic. This provides an opportunity to take India’s exports to a billion soon.

At this time of austerity, Latin Americans look for affordable products from less expensive sources. Although China fits this expectation, the Latin Americans seek to reduce their overdependence on China with which there is growing trust deficit especially after the Corona virus which originated from Wuhan.

The Latin Americans appreciate the fact that India was the seventh largest destination for Latin America’s global exports in 2019 and the third largest in 2018. India is the #1 market for their exports of vegetable oil, #3 for crude oil and #4 for gold. They perceive India as a large growing and transparent market and as the trusted land of yoga, meditation and Gurus at this testing time of the Wuhan virus.

Apparel exporters’ body AEPC calls for sealing free-trade pacts expeditiously CHENNAI: The Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC) has urged the Centre to expedite free trade agreements (FTA) with high potential markets such as the European Union, UK, US, Australia and Canada which could lead to exports doubling in three years’ time.

In a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, AEPC chairman, A Sakthivel said that India’s principal export markets, including the US, the UK and Europe,

were badly impacted due to the pandemic.

Seeking a review of India’s trade pacts with these countries, Sakthivel pointed out the recently, Vietnam, too, concluded a FTA with the EU and most competitors were leveraging such FTAs in a big way to enhance their cost competitiveness. “An important area that can supplement your efforts in this direction is improving export competitiveness through a comprehensive review of India’s trade

agreements, through a fast-tracked mechanism, with EU, UK, US, Australia and Canada,” he wrote in the letter.

The Council pointed out that Indian apparel exports have a duty disadvantage of 9.6 per cent in the EU market as compared to competitors like Bangladesh, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and Pakistan. Most of these countries get duty concessions under schemes such as Generalised System of Preferences.

Northeast Frontier Railway sets up BDUs to increase freight transportation volume GUWAHATI: To increase the freight transportation volume, Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has set up Business Development Units (BDU) at all the five Divisions, Katihar, Alipurduar, Rangiya, Lumding and Tinsukia and at Zonal Head Quarter level.

The BDUs set up in NFR are holding discussion/interaction with Traders/ Merchants / Local Entrepreneurs / Logistic suppliers to specifically know about their need. Railway is providing whatever facilities that can be arranged for the benefit of local traders to keep the local economy moving. This has become necessary because of the changing business scenario in the country in view of

the COVID -19 pandemic. Subhanan Chanda, Chief Public Relations Officer NFR stated these BDUs will have frequent interaction with Trade & Industry players within their respective areas to find new traffic for movement by train. Proposal received from trade bodies or businessman will be promptly analysed, developed and necessary assistance will be provided, if required.

He added that through formation of these BDUs, Indian Railway is also targeting to increase its share in transportation of miscellaneous non-bulk goods. This traffic which is very large in volume is being traditionally moved by the road sector. Railway is planning to attract

traffic from this sector to improve its freight loading scenario. Various incentive schemes are also being offered for small volume transportation of goods for short distances. Various new locations / stations have already been opened for freight booking and loading/unloading for the benefit of small traders in NFR areas.

Railways added that such interaction with BDUs will definitely provide the traders with ample scope to come to know about loading / un-loading and transportation facilities being offered by Indian Railways. On the other hand, it will also help Indian Railways to achieve the target of doubling its fright volume being carried by 2024.

China’s trade rises as economy recovers from coronavirus slump BEIJING: China’s imports of US goods rose 10.6 per cent in June over a year ago and its global trade also increased in a fresh sign the world’s second-largest economy is gradually recovering from the coronavirus pandemic. China’s global imports rose 3 per cent to USD 167.2 billion, rebounding from May’s 3.3 per cent decline, customs data showed Tuesday. Exports edged up 0.4 per cent to USD 213.6 billion, an improvement over the previous month’s 16.7 per cent contraction.

The country’s global trade surplus was USD 46.4 billion. Imports of American goods increased to USD 10.4 billion despite higher tariffs that were imposed in a fight with Washington over trade and

technology. Exports to the United States gained 1 per cent to USD 39.8 billion.

Chinese factory activity is recovering but consumers, uneasy over possible job losses, are reluctant to commit to big purchases. Forecasters warn exports are likely to weaken as global demand for surgical masks and other medical supplies declines and U.S. and European retailers cancel orders.

Leading indicators suggest that exports will start to contract again before long, Martin Rasmussen of Capital Economics said in a report.

Imports should continue to ramp-up, he said, as the government spends more to support economic recovery

and consumer demand.

The Chinese economy shrank by 6.8 per cent in the first quarter, its worst performance since at least the mid-1960s.

The ruling party skipped announcing an economic growth target for this year but private sector forecasts range from low single digits to a small contraction.

Some forecasters raised their outlook slightly after factory activity in May improved more than expected. Exporters also face hurdles due to U.S. tariff hikes on Chinese goods in the fight over Beijing’s technology ambitions and trade surplus.

The two sides signed an agreement in January to postpone further penalties but increases imposed earlier stayed in place.

Leading carriers see stock value down up to 35% on Covid-19 : Alphaliner LONDON: The world’s leading container carriers have seen their stock value diminished by 10% to 35% over the first half of this year amid the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, according to analyst Alphaliner.

Maersk’s B shares, consisting of container and other activities, hit a low of DKK4,976 ($753) per share on 23 March, down 48% from the first trading day of this year.

Despite a steady recovery since, the stock at the end of June remained 20% off the start of the year, Alphaliner noted.

Diversified Cosco Shipping Holdings saw its shares plunged 45% at its lowest, and a low of HKD1.90 ($0.25) was seen in May. The Chinese company’s shares were off 35% at end of June compared to

the start of the year.

‘Pure’ container stocks – OOCL, Evergreen, Wan Hai and Yang Ming – saw less volatility and fared better overall, as the three Taiwanese lines saw maximum stock declines in the 30-35% range in the first half, and OOCL a 20% decrease.

“March 19-23 notably marked a dramatic loss of confidence by Asian investors, as Italy’s death toll overtook China’s: Evergreen, Yang Ming and Wan Hai each saw 52-week lows of TWD8.90 ($0.30), TWD4.72 and TWD 11.85 in t his t hre e - d a y t r a d i n g p e r i o d , ” Alphaliner stated.

By the end of the first half, Asian carriers actually recovered a considerable portion of their value, with Evergreen down 15%, and Yang Ming, Wan Hai and

OOCL all down 11% compared to the start of the year.

“The first trading days of July have seen positive gains for all carriers but shares remain 20-30% off their 52-week highs – with the exception of Hapag-Lloyd and HMM. Hapag-Lloyd’s stock was trading around EUR55 ($62) this week after hitting a stratospheric EUR186 in May, distorted by the company’s small public float and share building by two investors,” Alphaliner wrote.

“However, loss-making HMM was trading just 13% off its 52-week high recently. The company has benefited from fresh state aid, with investors also apparently backing recent fleet capacity increases and expecting improved results after joining THE Alliance.”

Nitin Gadkari inaugurates and lays foundation stones of new economic corridor projects worth about Rs 20,000 crore NEW DELHI: Union Minister for Road Transport, Highways and MSMEs Shri Nitin Gadkari inaugurated and laid the foundation stones of various Highway projects as part of a new economic corridor worth about Rs 20 thousand crore in Haryana through webcast. The function was presided over by the Chief Minister of Haryana Shri Manohar Lal. Union Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways Gen (Retd) V K Singh, Deputy Chief Minister of Haryana Shri Dushyant Chautala, Union Ministers Shri Rao Inderjit Singh, Shri Krishnapal Gurjar, Shri Rattan Lal Kataria, NHAI Chairman Shri S S Sandhu, senior officers of the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways and officers from Haryana State Government participated in the virtual function.

The Minister also called upon Haryana CM to join in the efforts for developing industrial clusters including MSMEs, smart cities and smart villages as also to develop Khadi and Village industries alongside the express way projects particularly the new Delhi-Mumbai E x p r e s s w a y. H e a s s u r e d t h e Chief Minister of all assistances in this regard. The Minister informed about his goal for providing 5 crore jobs through MSMEs in next 5 years and enhancing KVIC turn over manifold from present level of Rs. 88000 crores per annum.

Haryana Chief Minister Shri Manohar Lal thanked Shri Gadkari for honouring the State’s requests for roads. He said, these projects will have positive impact on both the industry and the business in the State.

Maersk urges action to protect seafarers COPENHAGEN: The world’s largest container ship operator, Maersk Line has added its voice to the call for more action from the authorities following the high-level conference hosted by the UK Government on 9 July.

Soren Skou, CEO, AP Møller – Maersk said that seafarers are vital to the global economy, providing an often unseen link in the supply chain between consumers, producers and manufacturers.

“Our colleagues at sea have been working non-stop since the COVID-19 outbreak earlier this year and their safety is of paramount importance. We strongly urge the relevant national governments to address the situation of these men and women and help us establish safe corridors between key countries to keep the

situation from deteriorating further,” said Skou.

Both the maritime regulatory authority, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the unions, through the International Transport Workers Federation (ITF) have been very vocal on this issue.

On 9 July following the meeting that included the IMO and many member states, 13 countries put out a joint statement backing the creation of a framework that would allow the repatriation of crew. In addition, Maersk praised the Philippines, which recently announced a green lane for seafarers.

Skou said, “Maersk is committed to helping achieve a solution as quickly as possible to prevent a humanitarian world crisis with potential consequences for safety at sea.”

HHLA proceeds with new IT projects for Hamburg box terminals HAMBURG: Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) is one of the first ports worldwide to develop solutions for its Hamburg container terminals that use machine learning (ML) to predict the dwell time of a container at the terminal.

The first two projects have now been successfully integrated and implemented into the Information Technology (IT) landscape at Container Terminals Altenwerder (CTA), which was one of the world’s first automated terminals, and Burchardkai (CTB) in the port of Hamburg.

Angela Titzrath, chairwoman of the HHLA executive board, emphasised the importance of ML for the company in her welcoming address at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) which took place in Shanghai from 9 to 11 July. “Machine learning solutions provide us with many opportunities to increase productivity and capacity rates at the terminals,” she said.

The productivity of automated block storage at CTA will be increased by means of an ML-based forecast. The goal is to predict the precise pickup time of a container. Processes are substantially optimised when a steel box does not need to be

unnecessarily restacked during its dwell time in the yard. When a container is stored in the yard, its pickup time is frequently still unknown. In future, the computer will calculate the probable container dwell time. It uses an algorithm based on historic data which continually optimises itself using state-of-the-art machine learning methods.

A similar solution is applied at the CTB, where a conventional container yard is used alongside an automated one. Here too, ML supports terminal steerage by allocating optimised container slots. In addition to the dwell time, the algorithm can help calculate the type of delivery. The machine learning solutions can predict whether a container will be loaded onto a truck, the train, or a ship much more accurately than can be determined from the reported data.

A significant positive effect can already be seen at both terminals since the containers are stored based on their predicted pickup time and must, therefore, be moved less frequently. The projects were driven forward by teams from HHLA and its consulting subsidiary HPC Hamburg Port Consulting.
