“I like studying in Van Pelt because I study most e ectively when I’m a part of the community of fellow miserable Penn students grinding for their midterms. I like to use the term ‘VPing myself,’ which loosely translates to forcing myself to sit at a gra tied wooden desk surrounded by broken outlets and nasty bathrooms for the purpose of achieving a GPA that makes my parents proud of me.”
