July 2018 Campaign season is well underway in the Capital City. The filing period for Little Rock city candidates opened July 27 and closes Aug. 17. So far, the only candidates to officially file for mayor are Vincent Tolliver and Baker Kurrus. Other individuals who have announced their intent to run include Warwick Sabin and Frank Scott. According to the City Clerk’s office, others picking up packets to file for mayor include C.E. Williams, Wesley Peters, and Glenn Schwarz. Incumbent Mark Stodola is not running for re-election.
