Retro designs with cool details for extra comfort and easy use. Made with strong and lasting materials.

Flexible designs for kids to play and run in, with adjustable trousers and bodys for a longer lasting great fit.

All styles are made in small batches, which make them unique products.

Order Minimum order is Dkk 5000 ex VAT and freight cost/pr. collection. Thereafter for supplying orders less than Dkk 2500, an administration fee of Dkk 150 will be charged. Companies within the EU needs to have a valid VAT number, otherwise Danish tax of 25% will be added. AlbaBabY must have your order by e-mail, post, fax or telephone before the latest date of order given on the ordersheet; otherwise we can not guarantee to have the required products in stock. Every order accepted by AlbaBabY will be confirmed with an order confirmation that the customer needs to sign accepting the trading conditions of AlbaBabY. Payment Payment is in Danish Kroner or Euro and should be transfeered to our account given on the invoice. Credit of payment is 20 days net, from date of dispatch from Ă…rhus. First time customers must to pay proforma. Any failure in keeping the due payment date will incur 11,25% interest p.a. from date due. A fee of Dkk 100/EUR 13,40 will be charged for every reminder. In case payment is not received within the required time, and in spite of sevaral remainders the matter will be handed over to the debt collector for further action.

If payment is received later than last date of payment AlbaBabY will ask for proforma payment at next delivery. AlbaBabY holds the ownership to all goods delivered until full payment is received.

Delivery terms Orders are delivered by GLS and post Danmark. Freight cost will be added to all orders and backorders. A special clearance fee for customers outside EU will be added, depending on the size of order. For customers outside the EU AlbaBabY cannot be held responsible for orders held back in custom, therefore delaying delivery due to the customer´s lack of paying duty on the goods. AlbaBabY can not be held responsible for delayed deliveries caused by our suppliers.

Claims The buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify AlbaBabY within 8 days of arrival if the goods do not comply with the packing list or invoice. If the buyer fails to do so, he is deemed to have accepted the goods. Defected goods must be immediately returned to AlbaBabY and will be replaced. If replacement is not possible the goods will be refounded. If goods are damaged in shipping please notyfy us immediately so we can take proper steps to replace the damaged delivery.

Return policy & Cancellation Unless goods are defected or do not keep general good standard AlbaBabY is not obliged to take back orders already delivered at the customers adress. The customer must carry out payment according to the invoice. Cancellation of any order before date of dispatch from warehouse, will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of invoice value.

Pricing AlbaBabY requests our retailers to keep the recommended retail prices and reserve the rights to stop supplying to any company that advertises our products for long-term and regularly recurring sales. Promotional short-term discounts up to 10% are allowed, when AlbaBabY is briefed beforehand. Regular end-of-season sales are not included in this, as this is considered as custom within the clothing industry.

Images AlbaBabY stives to make images of every collection availble for our retailers. Images can be downloaded at www.albababy.dk or forwarded by e-mail after agreement with AlbaBabY. The images are only for use when selling AlbaBabY products that are specifically shown in the image. AlbaBabY has the copyright to all images.
