Be as creative as you like - bean bags, lounges, a screen with chill out vibes, fidgets, blankets, cushions - let your creativity lead the way.
Sponsor - furnished:
● Sponsor sources or supplied furniture for the Chill Out Zone. Logistics are handled by the Events Team during bump in.
● 2 x Pre expo meetings with the sponsor to ensure smooth delivery.
o Sponsor to provide a layout of their chill out zone for Events to support delivery.
DAC - furnished:
● All Styling completed by DAC
● Furniture ordered and set up is completed by the Events team.
