FAQs for Digital cards

Where can I find my Digital card's details?

After you have redeemed your Digital+ Mastercard, you can open the Get My eCard app and simply tap the card preview image to reveal the full card details at any time. Here you will find card number, CVV, expiry date and 6-digit security code.

Are there limits on how much you can pay by tapping your phone?

In general, no! Some stores, however, may have their own policy.

Google Pay is accepted in store, online and in app for unlimited payments wherever you see the contactless symbol or Google Pay logo. Google Pay has no limit on the number or value of in-store transactions. However, stores themselves may have a Google Pay contactless limit – in the same way that they will often have a €50 limit for standard contactless card transactions.

Apple Pay allows you to make secure purchases above the €50 contactless limit in participating shops across Ireland using your Mastercard with Apple Pay.

How do Digital+ cards work?

Once you have redeemed your AllGo Digital+ card to your Get My eCard app and added it to Google Pay or Apple Pay, you can tap to pay in any of the 50 million retail outlets worldwide that accept Mastercard*. To spend, make sure you have sufficient funds to cover your entire purchase and make sure NFC (functionality for tap and go) is turned on, on your device.

I deleted my Digital+ card email, how can I retrieve my card now?

If you’ve deleted the email containing your Digital+ card, don’t worry you can easily access it another way. Simply download the Get My eCard app from the App Store or Google Play. Once installed, select “Create Account” and register using the same email address your card was originally sent to. After logging in, you’ll be able to view your card and add it to your mobile wallet for easy spending.

I can’t log into the Get My eCard App

If you are having trouble logging in the Get My eCard app to access your AllGo Digital+ Mastercard, here are some troubleshooting tips-

• Email Address Issues: Make sure you are logging into the app with the same email address that you received your Digital+ Card to. This could be your company email. If you received multiple Digital+ cards through different email addresses, you would need to log in separately on the app with each email.

• One Time Password (OTP) Issues: When you enter your login details, the app will send you an OTP via email to verify your log in. You’ll need to get the code from your email inbox and enter it into the app when prompted. If you don’t receive your One Time Password (OTP) by email, try the Phone option instead to get the code sent by SMS to your mobile phone

• App Update Issue: If you get an “Ooops! This operation couldn’t be completed” error when you login, you may need to update the app to the latest version on your phone.

• Password Issues: If you can’t remember your password, use the Forgot Password option on the login screen to set a new one.

Can I swap my Digital + card for a physical card?

All cards will be issued digitally. We encourage everyone to view the quick video and simple step-by-step guide included in the email from HR Services, which explains the process. This is a new product compared to what daa previously provided and offers a more streamlined way to add the card to your mobile wallet.

Can I add my Digital + card to my personal phone so its easier to add to that mobile wallet.

Yes, simply download the Get My eCard app on your personal phone from the App Store or Google Play. Once installed, select “Create Account” and register using your company email address your card was originally sent to. After logging in, you’ll be able to view your card and add it to your mobile wallet for easy spending.
