Dr. Lee Brock has been practicing pain management in McKinney since 1991, longer than anyone else in Collin County. From his sparkling new office on the grounds of Methodist Hospital in McKinney, Dr. Brock specializes in the treatment of acute and chronic pain of all types, including that of the head, neck, back, and extremities. He utilizes injection therapy of all types, including epidural steroid injections, facet injections, and sympathetic nerve blocks. He further is proficient in radio frequency ablation of the sensory nerves of the spine, hips, and knees. He employs spinal cord stimulation as a key tool to treat post laminectomy syndrome and complex regional pain syndrome. Dr. Brock is very conservative with medical management and encourages alternatives to opioid therapy through his extensive network of physical therapists, psychological therapists, massage therapists, and surgeons. He is also happy to engage in the spiritual needs of his patients through his faith in Jesus Christ. In his practice, he cares for people of all belief systems. A veteran of a number of medical, spiritual, and humanitarian missions to The Dominican Republic, Belize, China, Tibet, Laos, Morocco, and Uganda, he keeps an outward focus on the world and cares for the less fortunate. He participates in Project Access for the Collin County indigent and has served on the board of 3e McKinney since its inception. For 10 years, 3e McKinney has helped the Body of Christ to Engage, Equip and Empower the less fortunate among us through its successful Clothe A Child, Adopt A School, and Run for Cover programs. He was a co-founder of McKinney Christian Academy which is now in its 26th year and is serving his second stint as president of the school's board of trustees. He was awarded the Kim Hoffman Volunteer of the Year of McKinney Award in 2015. Dr. Brock and his wife, Sarah, have been married for 37 years and are proud of their four children. Their oldest daughter, Whitney, is a family physician at Dallas' Healing Hands Clinic for indigent and immigrant care. Their second daughter, Savannah, is an RN working oncology at Parkland Hospital. Their youngest daughter, Taylor, is an editor for Duke University Press in Durham, NC. Their son, Jackson, is in his third year as a cadet at West Point Military Academy in New York where he plays sprint football. When he is not watching Jackson play football or coaching the McKinney Christian Academy girls basketball team, Dr. Brock is flying his Cherokee 235 across the Texas skies. Dr. Brock's favorite activity, however, is helping his patients lead more productive, more functional, and less painful lives.

A native Texan, Dr. Jeremy Denning graduated medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, graduating first in his class. He was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical honor society and was awarded Most Outstanding Student in anatomy, biochemistry, physiology, microbiology, immunology, pathology, and laboratory medicine. At graduation, he received the prestigious Gold-Headed Cane Award for Humanism in Medicine and Service and professionalism in patient care. Dr. Denning is a partner at Dallas Neurosurgical and Spine Associates and is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons. He completed his internship in general surgery and residency in neurosurgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. His neurosurgical training included chief resident positions at some of the nation’s leading hospitals, including The Methodist Hospital, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Ben Taub General Hospital, Texas Children’s Hospital, and the Michael E. DeBakey Veteran’s Affairs Hospital. Following his residency, he completed a fellowship in complex and minimally invasive spine surgery at the New York University Medical Center in New York and a preceptorship in cerebrovascular surgery with professor Juha Hernesniemi, chairman of neurosurgery, at Helsinki University Central Hospital Toolo Hospital in Finland. Dr. Denning has special expertise in all aspects of spinal surgery, from common degenerative spine conditions to tumors and deformities of the spine. He also has special interests in brain tumor surgery and cerebrovascular surgery for aneurysms and AVM’s. Dr. Denning sees patient in the Plano and Dallas offices. He is on staff at Baylor Scott and White Medical Center Plano where he is chief of neurosurgery, The Methodist Hospital for Surgery, and Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas where he was former chairman of the department of neurosurgery.

Mohammed “Adeel” Khaleel, M.D. SPINE SURGERY Dr. Kenneth Estrera and Dr. Mohammed “Adeel” Khaleel are board-certified orthopedic surgeons with Texas Metroplex Institute for Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Surgery (TMI). They work with a group of well-respected doctors at TMI—Drs. Keith Meister, Shane Seroyer, Jesse Even, Bill Robertson, Brigham Au, and Tariq Hendawi—who have been voted Best Doctors in D Magazine.
