New 2021-2022 DLT Confirmations
New 2021-2022 DLT Confirmations Meet our Newseditor Jelitza Tapia and our new Historian, Julissa Soto. Julissa locates herself at Wonderful College Prep Academy (WCPA) and Jelitza attendees to Frontier.
Club Service Activities Arvin Highschool had a clothing drive.. The clothing drive lasted 2-3 weeks long. They contacted their police department, the mayor, the fire department, some local churches, and Arvin's staff and students. They donated to The Dream Center and to the Salvation Army. The clothing drive was a huge success. Arvin also conducted change for change, a fundraiser to raise money and donate money to the Children's Miracle Network. South Bakersfield congratulated its newly elected President and Treasurer for the Key Club Term of 2021-2022! Mariana Ramirez is the new President of South Bakersfield. South Bakersfield's new treasurer is Miah Perez. Finally, WCPA attended a social with their sponsoring Kiwanis. The social had discussions such as the developments of the town of Delano, future plans for personal and professional conversation, and small talk between the Kiwanis and the student leadership program. There was pizza catering and card games to help the socialization among peers.
June SOSP & Service Ideas This month’s SOSP theme is Health and Safety! Especially during this pandemic, it is very important to promote health and safety. Please continue to follow COVID-19 precautions and social distancing protocols.

Old Business
For the month of May, Division 33, had its May DCM. The DLT prepared for the DCM by having the first DLT meeting of the term. D33 also did the May project, the UNICEF. The DLT also had and elected new people for the term but not every position was filled.
