Rep. Ilhan Omar faces death threats after Trump’s tweet of 9/11 video April 16, 2019 By Salmana Mahmood Rep. Ilhan Omar says she's faced increased death threats since President Donald Trump spread around a video that claims to show her being dismissive of the 2001 terrorist attacks. "This is endangering lives," she said, "It has to stop." Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, have take steps to ensure the safety of Ilhan Omar and to take down Trump’s video. Soon after Pelosi's statement, the video disappeared as a pinned tweet at the top of Trump's Twitter feed, but it was not deleted.

Niles North T-bay ends today with 49 donations

April 16, 2019 By Andrea Gaoiran Today is the last day to bid on your favorite items donated to the school by students and teachers. Principal Edwards, for example, donated graduation tickets. All donations go to the school chest charity called Curt’s Cafe. This charity helps at risk youth by providing jobs and education. ​Here​ is the list of all the available donations offered. Stop outside the cafe today during lunch periods and finish your bidding outside of the main office by 3:45 p.m.
