Shamrock Run

The Shamrock Run was such a fantastic time. I got to meet and befriend some key clubbers from Division 12 East! Which was unexpected but so fun. For this run, volunteers passed out waters, snacks, and medals to runners! I was on water duty and I was more than happy to distribute water bottles to these hard working runners. I really loved seeing all the spirit from ALL the runners. There wasn’t a single article of clothing missing green in sight and it was such a joy to see the festivities. More than that, my favorite part of the event was the mini parade of men in kilts and playing bagpipes before and after the run. It really added to the Saint Patrick energy that everyone was celebrating! It was actually my first time volunteering at a run and I get the hype.
