We maintain an open admissions policy, which means that if you are a graduate of an accredited high school, hold a GED, or already have a college or university degree, you can attend Blinn. Students must complete the including an official transcript Texas Success Initiative (TSI) or Certificate of High School Assessment unless a qualifying Equivalency and your test score or proof of exemption is bacterial meningitis provided. The ACT and the SAT are vaccination record. not required for admission to Blinn.
