Develop an improved process to identify and locate individuals owed unclaimed funds from Harris County and help connect eligible recipients with the information needed to claim those funds. Advance technology and data reporting tools to provide detailed information on percentages, demographics, participation, and trends among companies and contractors doing business with Harris County.
PARTNER WITH COMMISSIONERS COURT The County Treasurer will partner with Commissioners Court to help ensure actions within the Treasurer’s responsibilities are addressed in a timely manner, and to enhance community engagement, communication, and public access within County government.
SAFEGUARDING PUBLIC INTEREST Safeguard the public interest while maintaining support and service for everyone, consistent with the responsibilities and requirements established by the Texas Constitution and applicable law, and work to provide responsive service in a timely manner.
