TOGETHER...
F
or this collection, I was inspired by Marie Antoinette and the femininity of the Rococo era, but wanted to modernize the message to personal empowerment, feminism and the power of the collective.
When we went into production back in March, we also entered COVID-19 lockdown and the message seemed more important than ever. We learned just how connected we truly are. Then, with the collective uprising against racial inequality, I felt certain that this message meant more than just a pretty face. In all instances we are better together… Our new Champagne & Macarons Collection includes highpigment eyeshadow trios that look stunning in any color combination, high-shine lip glosses inspired by the statement-making pinks of gilded Rococo era France, and face palettes that flatter all skin tones with mood-boosting blushes, bronzers, and highlighters. In this issue, you’ll find four fearless creators expressing themselves with colors that work better together, just like us. Fear will not stop us, hate will not stop us, but love will heal us. We’re better together.
