Logging In Once the App is downloaded, you will need to enter your username and password provided then click “Login” If your phone has the Face Recognition Feature, the option will pop up asking if you would like to enable this feature.

If you click “confirm” then you will be asked if you want to allow CWG&CC to use your Face ID to verify its you.

Dining Reservations

Dining Reservations Once you are logged in, on bottom right of your device click “Dining Reservation” The app will take you to the Dining Reservations page where you will need to select the Date, Time, Party Size and Room you wish to reserve. Once you enter all that information, click “Find Available Times“ After you click “Find Available Times” The reserve FOR button will appear below.

Please note that you CANNOT book a reservation through the Event Calendar!

Dining Reservations Cont’d After clicking the “Reserve” button, the app will take you to the following page where will need to select member and/or guest to add the name(s) of the members/guests in your party.

After selecting members and/or guests, the app will take you to the next page to enter the names (required) and email (optional) of all the people in your party.

Buddies & Groups If you have a group you frequently dine with - consider building a BUDDY GROUP for ease in reservations

Dining Reservations Cont’d After adding all your members and guests, if you have any Special Requests or Dietary Restrictions, you can add them in the box provided.

Once you are finished, you can go ahead and click “Book Now”

Reservation Completed!

Canceling a Reservation To cancel a reservation, click on “Dining Reservations”

Once the app takes you to the Dining Reservations page, click on the 3 Vertical Dots on the upper right side of your device. A drop down menu will appear, select “My Bookings”

Canceling a Reservation Cont’d After you select “My Bookings” the app will take you to all the bookings you made with the app.

If you would like to cancel a specific booking click on the “X” associated to that booking.

A confirmation screen will appear asking you if you want to cancel that booking. If you click “Yes, Cancel” that booking will be canceled in the system.

Event Calendar To view the “Event Calendar” click the Calendar icon on the lower right side of your device

If you click on an event, the app will take you to a page with information for the event.

Please note that you CANNOT book a reservation through the Event Calendar!

Court Reservations

Recreation Reservations Once you are logged in, at the top right corner and click on the 4 lines icon A menu will open to the right.

Here you will be able to navigate to any of the listed options.

Court Bookings: Pickleball Click on “Court Booking” and a new court reservation window will open.

Here you are able to select a specific day, length of time (1 or 2 hours), times to display (all times, morning, afternoon, evening).

Court 1 is what shows underneath, but you have to option to click the arrow to select a different court if you wish.

Court Bookings: Pickleball Once you have filled out all the necessary information you have the option to add a guest/member At the top right corner there is an option to “BOOK NOW”.

1 court, per household, per day.

Fitness Class Scheduling

Click on “Class Scheduling” and a new window will open.

A list of classes will be available for you to select.

Fitness Class Scheduling: Click selecting a class it will open and the available dates will appear.

Click on one date you are looking to take the class and click “REGISTER CLASS” at the top right.

The next screen will allow you to book all the dates you want to take this class.

When finished click “COMPLETE” at the top right.

Canceling a Booking Click on “My Bookings” at the bottom left, and this should take you to a page that has a list of all your bookings.

If you would like to cancel a specific booking click on the “X” associated to that booking.

A confirmation screen will appear asking you if you want to cancel that booking. If you click “Yes, Cancel” that booking will be canceled in the system.

Golf: Chelsea To book at Tee Time, click on “Book Tee Time” in the bottom left corner.

The Chelsea login screen will open and ask you to log into the Chelsea.

Your login for Chelsea is your Member number with either a 1 or 2 at the end.

If you have not set up a password on Chelsea, the default is “Cypress1”.

Golf: Posting Scores To post your scores on USGA website, navigate to the Home Screen and then click on the 4 lines icon at the top right.

In the drop down you will click on “Post Scores”.

A new page will open and you can click “Post Scores”.

Here you will put in your USGA login (either your GHIN number or email for the account and password).
