A YEAR IN REVIEW
What a whirlwind year it has been! 2022 has been a year of big changes downtown, from the local economy to the local real estate market. We have seen many new restaurants and businesses open up downtown, with most notable attention of course on our very first five star hotel and private residences that recently opened in the Gateway District. Four Seasons Hotel welcomed its first guests in June, and our newest residents have just started to occupy the top six floors of the building as we near completion on all 34 private residences. It has been a privilege to represent local developer United Properties on this massive endeavor over the past three and a half years, and we are thrilled to finally welcome our new neighbors to the building!
Our team has seen big changes as well, as we have welcomed another new baby and two new members to the crew! In April, Allyson welcomed her little daughter Audrey to the world, and we couldn’t be happier for her. She has come back to work full time and we are so grateful for her leadership. Ryan Pertile joined our team this past spring as our lead sales agent and has proven himself to be a creative marketer and tireless negotiator
with a vast downtown network. We are grateful for his big ideas and focus on the future of the team. Nikki Klocker leads up our marketing department with her own special flair for social media, weekly newsletters and special events. Her skills and enthusiasm are unmatched!
