About YAV Connect.
What is YAV Connect?
It’s an on-demand ride service, meaning it doesn’t follow a specific schedule or routes like traditional public transit. Simply give us your pickup and dropoff addresses, and choose a ride option that works best for you. We’ll come to you and get you where you need to go!
Where can I go?
YAV Connect operates in two distinct service zones in Prescott Valley and Prescott. Riders can go anywhere within each zone, but aren’t able to travel between zones.
When can I ride?
Monday-Friday 6am-8pm. Rides cannot be booked past 7:45pm.
How much do rides cost?
• Standard fare (Ages 18-59): $2.00;
• Reduced fare (Ages 6-17, 60+): $1.00;
• Children 5 years old and under ride free.
How do I pay for my ride?
Head to the Payment Methods page in the app menu to add a credit or debit card card to your account. We also accept exact cash on board. The driver will not be able to give you change.
Can I book a ride in advance?
Yes! YAV Connect provides a prebooking option, so you can lock in your ride for important appointments. The app will provide you with a real-time ETA on the day of your booking.
Why do I have to walk to meet my driver?
To cut down on detours and shorten your journey, you’ll meet your driver at a convenient pickup point (usually a corner near the pickup address you provided).
Are wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAV) available?
Yes! All of our vehicles are wheelchair accessible. Be sure to update your account settings in the app or by calling (866) 928-8726.
To update your special settings in-app:
• Tap the menu in the upper left corner of the screen.
• Tap your name.
• Tap Special Settings, then turn on Wheelchair Accessibility.

How to book a ride.
Download the YAV Connect app from the App Store or Google Play Store and follow the simple signup steps. If you don’t have a smartphone, you can also call us (866) 928-8726.
When you’re ready to book a ride, enter your pickup and dropoff addresses, choose the ride that works best for you, and tap Book This Ride.
Check the app to find exactly where to meet the vehicle. It may be a short walk from where you are, but your designated pickup point helps to cut down on detours and makes your trip faster!
