TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment Policy: All packages must be fully prepaid in advance at the time of purchase. Individual sessions will be deducted from your prepaid balance as they are booked.
Family Sharing Policy: Packages are non-transferable to third parties, but may be shared within the immediate household (spouse/partner, parent, or child) up to a maximum of two (2) registered names at the time of purchase.
Validity Window: Packages must be fully utilized within their respective timelines from the date of purchase (5 sessions: 3 months; 10 sessions: 6 months; 15 sessions: 1 year). Unused sessions after the expiration date will be automatically forfeited and cannot be extended.
Session Duration Policy: Time tiers cannot be mixed within a single package. A 60-minute package strictly applies to 60-minute sessions, and a 90-minute package applies to 90-minute sessions.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice or a no-show will result in that session being automatically deducted from your package balance.
Advance Bookings: All sessions are subject to therapist and room availability. We highly recommend booking well in advance, especially for weekend and peak hours, to ensure your preferred time slot.
Refund Policy: All package purchases are final, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or retail products.
Exclusions: Package prices cannot be combined with any other active marketing promotions, vouchers, seasonal discounts, or special event offers.
