WELCOME TO THE CYCSA

Welcome Set against stunning marina views, the CYCSA offers one of Adelaide’s most unique waterfront wedding venues, located just 30 minutes from the CBD with free secure parking for your guests. Home to the award-winning Horizons Function Centre, our elegant indoor and outdoor spaces provide the perfect backdrop for your special day — from intimate ceremonies to large wedding celebrations.

Horizons can accommodate up to 200 guests seated or 270 cocktail-style, with the adjoining marina garden providing a stunning waterfront backdrop for ceremonies, pre-dinner drinks and unforgettable photo opportunities. Perfect for intimate gatherings, the garden also offers a relaxed space for guests to mingle and enjoy canapés by the water.

For more intimate weddings and celebrations, the Mariners Room offers a warm and relaxed atmosphere for up to 50 guests seated or 80 cocktail-style, all overlooking the marina. We understand that every wedding is unique and are delighted to tailor packages to suit your vision, style and budget.

Our Spaces MARINERS ROOM Our Mariners Room adjacent to the Admiral Bar which overlooks the marina through floor length windows can cater for up to 50 seated or 80 cocktail style.

This space is ideal for intimate gatherings with warm décor, natural light, ceiling fairy lights and high ceilings.

Room hire: $800 | Deposit $500 Minimum spend $2500

HORIZONS ROOM Our Horizons function space which overlooks the marina through floor length windows can be configured to cater for up to 200 guests seated. With a combination of high ceilings, stunning marina views and an abundance of natural light it offers the perfect background for your event. Includes AV, with direct access to our ceremony garden if required.

Room Hire: $1300 | Deposit $1000 Minimum spend $5000

CEREMONY GARDEN With outstanding marina views, the Ceremony Garden offers a unique area for both your celebration and photo opportunities. Hire includes 30 Americano chairs, clothed signing table and red carpet runner.

Garden Hire: $300 when booking a catering package with the Club $600 garden hire only Please note that room hire fees are waived when the minimum spend requirement is met through catering and beverage package selections.

COCKTAIL PACKAGE OPTIONS

All prices are per person and include support from your dedicated Function Coordinator, along with roaming wait staff service.

If you prefer your cocktail food to be displayed on a food table for guests to help themselves (without roaming wait staff), deduct $5 per person from the package price.

With two complementary flavour profiles, it delivers variety, encourages sharing and takes the guesswork out of choosing.

Dessert Course $14 Children’s Meal $25 Includes one main meal from our children's menu followed by ice-cream for dessert.

Celebration Cakes We are happy for you to provide your own cake for that special occasion, however please inform your Function Coordinator prior to your event. Your Celebration Cake can be served with braised berries & Galliano cream. Celebration cake to be supplied by the client.

ON SITE VENUE INFORMATION

GUEST PARKING AND VENUE ACCESS The CYCSA is easily accessible and can accommodate cars, coaches, limousines and yachts. Access through the Club gates into Club grounds is easy and secure with ample room for turning circles of large vehicles. Please note that all parking is subject to availability on the day and cannot be guaranteed.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUESTS Our Head Chef is pleased to accommodate dietary requests presented by your guests. Our dedicated team will endeavour to ensure a selection of exciting alternatives. Pre-booking your request is essential, please speak with our event coordinator prior to your day to ensure a smooth service.

SMOKING POLICY To assist in the wellbeing of guests and staff, all function areas are strictly non-smoking.

His passion and dedication brings you the best seasonal menu on offer utilising South Australian producers and suppliers, while catering for all food types.
