Training Wall® is a concept that coordinates and balances simultaneously working both upper and lower limbs. This implies a powerful workout of the trunk’s stabilizing muscles to maintain proper body alignment. Unlike other training systems this workout is produced in a state of decompression of the spine and no compression as a result of the upper limbs.

The Training Wall® system offers 100% functional workout from the soles of the feet to the palms of the hands, through the forearm muscles, stabilizers of the spine, abdominals, hip muscles, glutes, etc... the whole body must be in perfect harmony to perform the exercise properly.

Training Wall® panels have a quick-release anchor system to attach and release the Tools which have been exclusively designed for it.

The panels are used in conjuction with the Tools which allow you to create a space that will meet all your training needs in almost “zero” square meters. Design your own multipurpose space for various requirements such as gym-type activities, a personal training studio, physiotherapy clinic or rehabilitation centre.

Cardan Tool This Tool allows you perform exercises with heavy weights, using one or two at the same time and setting the height to suit the user.

Low Gravity With this Tool and a harness designed for this purpose, we can perform exercises with a reduction in body load, thus favoring early rehabilitation.

Thanks to its proximity to the panels, comfort and safety is improved. Additionally, it can also be used for Yoga or Ring exercises.

Storage Trolley With this trolley you can store a wide amount of Tools to have it ready for the training. Its attractive design allows you to create a nice environment and due to its wheels you can move it easily to carry it into where the action is.

Training Wall® has been design to install as many panels as you need, from a column of two to as many panels as you require in order to perform group activities or to leave the Tools permanently placed for repeated use.
