In accordance with the Bylaws (Article III, Section 5) of this Cooperative, the following members have filed to appear on the ballot for election of three (3) Directors to serve a term of three (3) years in District 1B, District 2A and District 3 At-Large. Only the member, member’s spouse, or a joint owner to which this ballot is addressed may vote. All eligible members have been mailed this ballot. One ballot per membership. Proxy voting is prohibited.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CASTING YOUR VOTE BY MAIL Whether using the MAIL to return your ballot or delivering the ballot to the Cooperative in person, please follow these instructions carefully. If voting ELECTRONICALLY, go to https://www.directvote.net/cwp and use your individualized information printed on the detachable stub of the yellow return envelope. 1. You may vote for one director candidate from each district below.

2. Upon completing your ballot, insert the ballot into the white “Ballot Secrecy Envelope” and seal this envelope. 3. Insert the sealed white “Secrecy Envelope” into the yellow “Official Ballot Use Only” return envelope. Tear off and discard the large stub on the back. It has your name and personal information for your verification and use only. Once removed, the bar coding on the yellow envelope flap will identify you as the official voter. Seal and mail. 4. Mailed ballots must be received in the proper envelopes at the post office box designated on the yellow return envelope or delivered in person at the Annual Business Meeting prior to 10:00 a.m. June 11, 2022. Anticipated closing of the polls will be at approximately 10:15 a.m. June 11, 2022. Once certified, results will be available at www.cwpower.com.
