Looking Ahead for 2025

Our year ended with a rejuvenating holiday break that included the celebration of Becky’s 40th Birthday with family and friends at the Greystone Inn in Lake Toxaway, NC. But, as usual, we kicked off 2025 with a favorite Jed Bartlet line, “Break’s over.”
January found us in the final, exciting phases of three design-build projects while construction continues at 23 Millenium Drive (View Project Preview) in Highlands Cove at Old Edwards Club. With more wonderful projects on the boards, we are excited for another year full of opportunities to design and build life enriching homes for our clients

Meet Caroline Sanders
We are excited to introduce the newest member of our design team, Caroline Sanders. Caroline worked with us as an Intern Designer while in school and we are thrilled to have her back on the team! Caroline is dedicated to creating beautiful and functional spaces that reflect the personality and lifestyle of each client. Caroline enjoys opportunities to enhance the character of existing homes and craft character in new homes through thoughtful design Caroline grew up in South Carolina and earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture and Design in 2022
When she is not designing, Caroline enjoys tackling her own home improvement projects. She also enjoys hiking with her husband in the Blue Ridge Mountains. She is an enthusiastic gardener and takes great pride in her indoor plant collection Caroline’s interest in the natural world fuels her design inspiration, always striving to integrate homes with the outdoors.
