STEP 1: PLAN YOUR GETAWAY
Begin the process by selecting the time of year you prefer to travel and a Discover by Capital Vacations destination (listed in this booklet).
Then, reach out to a Capital Vacations representative and let us help you find the vacation dates and resort that work for you!
Book your Discover by Capital Vacations request by phone at (866) 275-4035.To reserve your Discover vacation, you are required to have met a minimum equity threshold.
STEP 2: RECEIVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION
An email confirmation will be sent for all reservations to the email address on your account. Once you receive your email confirmation, verify that all travel details are correct. Information provided includes your resort, arrival and departure dates, number in your party, check-in time, unit type, resort address for arrival, presentation appointment time, and directions to the resort.
STEP 3: CHECK IN TO YOUR RESORT
At check-in, you will be asked to provide a credit card to secure onsite charging privileges. After you’ve settled in, you’ll receive a call from our staff to assure your accommodations surpass your expectations. During this call, we’ll also confirm the date and time of your resort tour and presentation.
STEP 4: ATTEND YOUR RESORT TOUR
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment at the Preview Center and check in at the reception desk. Your vacation consultant looks forward to greeting you and will begin the required presentation shortly thereafter.

How can I make reservations?
Contact a Discover by Capital Vacations representative at (866) 275-4035 to reserve your vacation via telephone.
How far in advance should I reserve my vacation?
It is better to reserve your Discover vacation package as early as possible in order to ensure the best vacation dates and destinations availability.
Is my Discover by Capital Vacations reservation guaranteed?
Your vacation reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of your emailed reservation confirmation. Refer to your Discover by Capital Vacations agreement for a full list of terms and conditions.
Is there a minimum night-stay requirement?
Most resorts require a three-night minimum. Some resorts require a full-week minimum stay with check-in on a specific day.
On what days may I check in?
You may request a variety of check-in days based on availability. Call your Discover by Capital Vacations representative for additional details.
How do I make changes to my reservation?
You may opt to change your reservation at any time with no fee before 28 days of arrival. For changes made fewer than 28 days out, there is a $99 rebooking fee.
Which unit will I be assigned during my vacation?
Specific units are assigned at check-in and are based on availability.
What if I don’t have enough points in my Discover program to book my preferred resort and stay dates?
With Discover by Capital Vacations, if you need more points to complete your reservation you can rent additional points at the preferred rate of $0.02 per point.

What if I do not purchase Capital Vacations Club Membership when I return from my Discover Vacation?
You are under no obligation to purchase Club membership during or after your vacation.
Why am I required to take part in a 90-minute presentation if I’m already enrolled in the Discover by Capital Vacations Program?
The presentation informs you about our latest news and developments, is a part of your Discover Vacation package, and is not the same presentation you experienced previously.
PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Can my children use my Discover Vacation package?
Your children are welcome to accompany you on your vacation. With that being said, you and your co-signer are required to attend the 90-minute sales presentation. Couples are required to attend together. If you are unable to attend the full presentation or are ineligible at the time of the tour, you will be charged $100 per night of your rental for your stay.
When can I book my reservation after purchasing Discover by Capital Vacations?
Your Discover points are awarded when you have met the equity threshold specified in the terms and conditions of your contract. .
