I am very proud to coach a squad of kids at the u11s. Throughout the squad regardless of ability or gender my squad helps each other improve, not just in football but in providing everyone equal game time and opportunities. general work ethic and behaviour. At the u11s we have a motto of ‘Go and enjoy the game, and the result will take care of itself’

Yes sometimes we have sulking kids when we are losing but as soon as the whistle blows for full time it’s all round smiles.
