URBAN POTENTIAL OF BELGRADE, LIKE MOST OF THE CITIES, LIES IN THE VITALITY OF ELEMENTS THAT MAKE UP ITS URBAN STRUCTURE.IN THIS STRUCTURE MICRO AMBIENCES CALLED URBAN MAGNETS TAKE A FIRST PLACE AS A CONSTRUCTIVE AND CONNECTIVE ELEMENTS OF THE URBAN TISSUE. VARIETY OF ELEMENTS AND THEIR GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL IDENTITIES MAKES UP QUALITY THAT IMPACTS ON CITIZENS TO MAKE THEIR OWN INTIMATE CONNECTION WITH THE CITY, THEIR OWN PSIHO-MAPS. DIVERSITY OF CONTENTS EFFECTS ON STIMULATING WAY ON ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY AND SOCIAL BALANCE OF THE CITY, TOLERANCE AND DEMOCRACY, THUS ACHIEVING A SUSTAINABLE URBAN SOCIETY, WICH IS THE BASIS OF A SUSTAINABLE CITY. FOR DEMONSTRATIONAL ARHITECTURAL SOLUTION IT WAS CHOSEN THE REVITALIZATION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF INDUSTRIAL FACILITY. THIS PROJECT PROPOSES REHABILITATION INTO CULTUREL CENTER, WICH WOULD CREATE A NEW URBAN MAGNET - SPOT TYPE. ON THE GROUND FLOOR HAS BEEN ACHIEVED TRANSIENT PUBLIC SPACE THAT CONNECTS TWO PARALEL STREETS AND OPENS URBAN CITY BLOCK. POUR LA SOUTION DÉMONSTRATIVE ARCHITECTURALE ON A CHOISI LA RÉHABILITATION ET RECONSTRUCTION D’UNE USINE DE TEXTILE. CE PROJET PROPOSE LA RECONVERSION D’UN BÂTIMENT EN CENTRE CULTUREL, CE QUI VA CONSTITUER UN NOUVEAU AIMANT URBAIN - TYPE PONCTUEL. AU REZ-DE-CHAUSÉE UN ESPACE PUBLIC TRANSITOIRE A ÉTÉ CRÉÉ, CELUI-CI RELIE DEUX RUES PARALLÈLES ET OUVRE LE QUARTIER URBAIN.

Modular Housing This project aims to introduce affordable, flexible and sustainable housing needed to improve the living conditions of the emerging middle class in urban areas in developing countries (in this case Ghana).

_Bioclimatic principles

Maison Passive Cette maison est conçue pour une grande famille. La forme simple et la possibilité de choix du matériau de la façade permet à la maison de s’ agencer facilement dans les différentes paysages.

Deux solutions sont possibles : une en polycarbonate qui s’intègre facilement dans le milieu urbain et l’autre type en bardage bois de préférence pour les paysages ruraux.

La maison en polycarbonate s’adapte aux différentes intempéries et aux changements de saison annuelle.

Avec ses parois amovibles la maison offre de nouveaux espaces en créant un mur capteur ou une serre. Elle répond aux besoins de ses propriétaires.

The installation is envisaged for Festival of Lively Architecture in Montpellier on the thematic BETWEEN SHADOWS AND LIGHT. Project is situated in one of the many courtyards of private mansions in the very hart of the city of Montpellier. The goal of the intervention is to reveal an intimate relationship between contemporary architecture - installation and heritage.

The idea is that passangers stop and observe the architecture through the cube, while they can note what they see through it. In the same time they interprate existing architecture in their own way creating new space.

As visitors draw, the cube is materializing more and more.The drawings are multipling and overlap.Transparent cube becomes visible creating new space. This installation provoke new thoughts and questions and have for assignement to inspire contemplation about what architecture is.

L'installation est prévue pour le Festival des Architectures Vives à Montpellier sur la thématique entre Ombres et lumière. Le Festival se déroulera dans les cours intérieurs de certains hôtels particuliers. L’objectif de l'intervention est de révéler une relation intime entre une architecture contemporaine (l'installation) et du patrimoine.

L'idée est que les passagers peuvent se arrêter et observer l'architecture à travers le cube, tandis qu'ils peuvent dessiner tout ce qu'ils voient à travers elle. A même temps, ils interprètent l’architecture existante dans leur propre façon tout en créant un nouvel espace.

Pendant que les visiteurs dessinent, le cube se matérialise de plus en plus. Les dessins se multiplient et interposent. Le cube transparent devient visible créant un nouvel espace.

Lively Fabrics This project examines the city’s flexible nature, offering innovative use of space that is under construction, transforming it into functional, temporal urban space.

The structure defines pedestrian flows which connects the beach and the pedestrian boardwalk. This structure that hangings down the slop is made of white fabrics. The structure form is flexible, it is constantly changing.

The idea of this intervention is to materialize and to accent the atmosphere of the seafront – constantly wind blowing and also to attract people to be a part of this atmosphere.

These lively, vibrant fabrics are placed to form three different type of place for rest.

Ce projet examine la nature flexible de la ville, offrant une utilisation innovante de l'espace qui est en construction, le transformant en un espace urbain qui est fonctionnel.

La structure définit et suit le passage piétonnier qui relie la plage à la borde de mère. Cette construction éphémère est faite de tissus blancs. Ces tissus vifs et vibrants sont placés pour former trois différents types d’endroit pour la détente et la relaxation.

Ca forme est en constante évolution.

L'idée de cette intervention est de matérialiser et amplifier l'atmosphère du bord de mère afin d’attirer les gens à faire partie de cette atmosphère.







Place Slavia Une partie de la zone qui est l’objet de ce projet est largement négligée. Ce concours vise à améliorer la situation actuelle de la Place Slavia en mettant l'accent sur la fontaine et la création d'un passage souterrain pour soulager (décharger) la circulation des piétons.

La Place Slavia a été conservé comme un élément de surface sans accents verticaux pour qu’on puisse mieux apercevoir son entourage qui est assez complexe et chaotique. De plus, l’environnement de la Place Slavia contient assez d’éléments architecturaux verticaux qui sont suffisamment distinctifs.

La fontaine est conçue pour former une barrière et protége les visiteurs contre la circulation turbulente des voitures. Elle présente un anneau d’eau autour de la place et crée un vrai contraste entre le constant tourbillon et la sérénité voulu de la Place Slavia.

LANTERNAU _ pendant la journée transfère la lumière du jour dans la zone centrale de passage souterrain à travers le fond de la fontaine. _ pendant la nuit, l’éclairage artificiel qui illumine le passage souterrain éclaire la fontaine également.

Needle point table The idea of the table design it was to dematerialize the elements which represent the archetype table.Table legs and tabletop are disappeared, only tablecloth is remained. Here, tablecloth takes form and function of the furniture. But, in the same time, it keeps his principal, decorative function. So that, the canvas that is stretched around the metal construction is provided for needlework, in wish to give authenticity to each table and to point up importance of handicrafts, which we are loosing more and more in the time of mass production.Needlepoint which we have always seen framed in a gold baroque frames, here, in this design it gets a new wooden frame which has clearly geometric lines.

Pieds de table et le dessus de table sont disparu, la nappe seulement est restée.

Ici, la nappe prend la forme et la fonction du mobilier. Mais, à même temps, elle conserve sa principale fonction, la décorative. Alors, la toile qui est tendue autour de la construction métallique est prévue pour la couture, en souhaitent donner de l'authenticité à chaque table et de mettre en avant l'importance de l'artisanat, qui se perde de plus en plus dans cette époque de la production de masse.Tapisserie dont nous avons toujours vu encadré dans un des cadres baroques d'orées, ici, dans cette conception, il obtient un nouveau cadre géométrique et épuré.

Depending on our mood, we take various positions of body.We never take the same position for good and for bad mood.The position that we take when we are sitting pretty often depends of the chair that defines ur body position.So, for that reason here we have chair for good and for bad mood.

Selon votre humeur, vous prendre des positions différentes du corps.

Vous ne prenez jamais la même position pour le meilleur et pour mauvaise humeur. La position que vous prenez lorsque vous êtes assis assez souvent dépend de la chaise qui définit votre position du corps.
