We started our firm out of a passion for helping our clients simplify the renovation process. Our philosophy is straightforward — we combine creative design and quality craftsmanship under one roof to save you time. Our people are passionate for design and construction — we work in the industry not because we have to, but because we love helping our clients achieve the homes of their dreams. Coming from a finance and economics background, I have not been entrenched in this industry, and many of our clients have found that refreshing. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our client’s experience by focusing on their perspective. We are determined to make this process less stressful.

Initial Meeting With Cutting Edge Home's Design Team

A baseline of communication and collaboration to carry through the project is established. With architecture, interior design, and construction involved directly with you for the duration of your project, our team is aligned to work with you. We use your dream vision and our expertise to create an initial program and scope of work.

SALES & MARKETING

We have done extensive market research on what holds potential clients back from largescale home renovations.

Many simply do not know where to begin. Many said they could not picture how the new space will look. Many are afraid the project will take much longer than the firm predicts and will be far more expensive than what the firm estimates. Many have heard friends say that they were happy with the product, but could never get the firm to come back and take care of the small yet pesky touch-ups.

Knowing these fears and finding solutions for these concerns has allowed us to become the leading Architects + Builders in New England.

ARCHITECTURE

The architecture team at Cutting Edge Homes specializes in custom designs tailored to each unique client and home. Using your vision, we create a master plan and work closely with the entire project team to make it a reality. While our expertise includes historic home restorations, renovations, additions, kitchens, and architecturally significant homes, we are always looking to expand our knowledge. Our team loves to challenge the norm of what is expected versus what can ultimately be produced.

The architectural team collaborates with the design team on the finer details of the “Fit and Finish” of your project. They also work closely with the preconstruction team on any regulatory and or permitting matters in consideration of your project.

Refining and perfecting during the planning process are keys to successful execution. The interior design team coexists in symphony with the architectural team. Together, they are the stewards of good “Design & Function” of your project and aspirations. Through this creative process, they will create your vision and manifest it into reality.

Specifically, our team will work with you intently to curate your selections, materials and finishes to your aspirations and project. The details are not the details, they are the design!

Your experienced site superintendent will be dedicated to your project to create a safe work environment and deliver the highest quality of craftsmanship. Our team has decades of experience in building science in the high-end residential industry to bring your design aspirations to life. Cutting Edge Homes is dedicated to capturing and executing the little details and delivering top-quality standards throughout each phase of construction.

Our project management team works collaboratively with you and the site superintendents to ensure that all the project goals are being met within your established budget and timeline. Cutting Edge Home’s Design Team is intimately involved beyond the initial design and into construction to make sure every detail is perfectly executed.

The company has a strong belief that there are two clients who need to be acknowledged in our process. The first is the external client, you, for whom we do exciting and transcendent architectural and visionary projects. The second is the internal client, your project team. Through effective communication and experience on our projects, the Cutting Edge Homes team will be at your side the entire time.
