Cutera Japan Team Meeting
In June, Cutera Japan held its first-ever team meeting, bringing together all business functions for the first time. This landmark event allowed the team to provide comprehensive updates on the company’s progress, discuss various topics, including new skincare initiatives, and align on the vision and mission of Cutera Japan, setting a strong foundation for the company’s future.
We believe it is essential for all team members to move toward the same goal. The goal of this event was to understand the Vision, Mission, and Values of Cutera, and discuss Japan’s strategy for incorporating this into the DNA of each team.
I feel that this meeting provided Cutera Japan with the foundation for us to move in the same direction as one team.

H1 2024 HIGHLIGHTS
Cutera Academy Trainings
We held our internal Cutera Academy training for the EMEA and APAC in June and August. The training focused on maximizing the potential of our AviClear customers using the acne patient journey as a foundation. We shared valuable insights, front-office best practices for boosting conversion rates, and clinical pearls for enhancing patient experiences and improving clinical outcomes.
Key highlights of the training included practical tactics for streamlining workflow efficiency and innovative marketing strategies aimed at attracting new patients. By leveraging these insights and new tools and resources, we can deliver exceptional training and support and drive success among our AviClear practices across our direct and distribution markets.

NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH FEDEX
We’ve partnered with FedEx to handle our shipping and logistics (3PL) in Australia. This is the first collaboration and will make our shipping process faster and more reliable, helping us get products to customers more efficiently and boosting overall satisfaction.

We recently held two important Service and Operations meetings in Germany (EMEA) and Australia. These meetings allowed us to tackle regional challenges and share best practices, leading to actionable strategies that will enhance our service in these areas.
IMPROVED GLOBAL ALIGNMENT AND COMMUNICATION
Through these efforts, we’ve greatly improved alignment and communication across our international teams and with Cutera HQ. Our insights from our regional meetings have helped streamline operations and better meet the needs of our global customers.

EOL Announcement
In an effort to streamline our portfolio and product offering, we recently announced the end-of-life (EOL) of the Pearl, Pearl Fractional, and Titan XL handpieces on the xeo device. We also communicated the EOL of the original retractors on the truFlex devices (before 2022).
