• Manufacturer warranty starts from date of shipment, not when the device is installed, or when the customer is trained
• The pricing, rates and information we provide is based on renewal rates (for existing devices), not rates for additional years of coverage on new devices.
• To add coverage to a deal on an existing device, the existing device needs to be currently under coverage…if it isn’t, we will need to loop in Service and see if there are any additional carve outs required.
