step three Book your Disney Vacation. A deposit will be due at the time of booking. Final payment is normally due 30 days prior to travel.

Custom Travel Professionals LLC works in good faith on all your travel plans. Unless you choose a planning option, we do not receive compensation for our time unless you travel.

Your quotes are complimentary with up to 3 tweaks / refreshments.

Additional revisions will be charged at $25 ea.

Cancellations are $50 per person payable to Custom Travel Professionals LLC and are in addition to any cancellation fees imposed by the suppliers

Off-Site Planning Fee - $250 Guests who opt for off-site accommodations or have previously booked their accommodations through another source will incur a $250 planning fee in addition to any add on package.

Prior to the initial call, please review your budget for the trip and fill out the intake form. This allows us to talk through expectations and how you can get the most bang for your buck! If you don’t know a general price point, we suggest looking at your dates on Tripadvisor or comparable websites to get a general idea of nightly rates.

Because each of our itineraries are custom curated, we take time and care to select properties, routes, and concepts that match your style.

If we are headed in the wrong direction, we request that you are communicative and upfront so that we can change course.
