Service Package Offerings
the gold package Inclusions: Gather resort options based on consultation discussion Work with resorts and wedding coordinators on dates and time availability Review wedding packages being offered Secure date and time with deposit for the chosen resort Work with resorts and suppliers on the best pricing for group room rates Present room rates and evaluate which room categories to choose Secure room block contract with supplier and adhere to contract details required by them for payment due dates Work daily with the resort and supplier on any changes or requests needed from the couple and/or guests. Produce a mini website or web page with travel information for guests with room information and how to book their reservations Offer a payment plan option for couple and guests Set up and coordinate the airport transportation to and from the resort. This includes gathering all the flight times and setting up a spread sheet for the transfer company to ensure pick up times from the airport and the resort for the return. Work directly with the couple and guests throughout the year+ on any questions, issues, reservations and more up until the day of the wedding and beyond. Keep the guests updated on travel information and latest safety protocols i.e. COVID-19 testing and regulations. Email travel documents to everyone prior to departing. Communicate your rooming list on a quarterly basis, and then more frequently as we get closer so you will have an update of your guests coming. You have access to Custom Travel Professionals LLC via email, calls or texting. TOTAL: $750
the diamond package Travel Concierge Services include everything the Gold Package includes Plus: Book airfare for all guests based on what they request. Otherwise, they can book air on their own. We will book the Couples airfare at no cost. Create a group air contract if requested. There needs to be a minimum of 10 people for group air. All guests need to be originating from the same airport on the same date in order to obtain group pricing. Create a Facebook Page for guest and provide regular updates, pictures, and accessible for your guests only. TOTAL: $1050
the platinum package Travel Concierge Services include everything the Diamond Package includes PLUS: Onsite Coordinator for guests and couple for arrivals and Wedding Day. Your CTP Coordinator will: Travel to wedding destination at least 2 days prior wedding, and will be your one-on-one coordinator. Create a welcome desk for main group arrivals Ensure all guests arrive without any issues Manage any language barriers Attend and work with resort on Welcome Cocktail Party Details Work and attend Rehearsal Make sure Hair and makeup teams are in place Ensure your Dress/Attire is steamed and ready to go, vendors arrive in a timely fashion and begin set-up according to predetermined timelines Ensure all wedding ceremony decor/details are done according to the plan Ensure reception room is ready to go immediately after ceremony Arrive with an emergency kit that can cover any upcoming issues You will be the only focus and wedding that will be worked on for the duration of the services. OR Onsite Photography Services Photographer will attend Wedding events which include Rehearsal Dinner, Getting ready prior to Ceremony, Ceremony, and Reception 150+ Edited Photos USB and Online Gallery Access with Print Release Add-On Albums Available TOTAL: $2250 Plus Travel Expenses *If you prefer both the onsite coordinator and travel coordinator onsite, we will do it for you at no further cost, just travel expenses for both.
the double platinum package Everything included in the Diamond Package Plus includes BOTH options in the Platinum Package. You will get all services plus both Onsite Coordination and an Onsite Photographer. TOTAL: $3350 Plus Travel Expenses *If you prefer both the onsite coordinator and travel coordinator onsite, we will do it for you at no further cost, just travel expenses for both.

Prior to the initial call, please review your budget for the trip and fill out the intake form. This allows us to talk through expectations and how you can get the most bang for your buck! If you don’t know a general price point, we suggest looking at your dates on Tripadvisor or comparable websites to get a general idea of nightly rates. Because each of our itineraries are custom curated, we take time and care to select properties, routes, and concepts that match your style. If we are headed in the wrong direction, we request that you are communicative and upfront so that we can change course.
