Based on the information gathered in our consultation, I https://calendly.com/jill-customtravelprofessionals present options quotes meet your prior needs. Be sure to fill and out the form that at least 24 hours to our meeting to maximize our meeting time.
step three Book your trip. A deposit will be due at the time of booking. Final payment is normally due 45 - 30 days prior to travel.
step four Relax knowing all the details are being handled and you can focus on packing.
our fee structure Our consultations are free to you. Your quotes are complimentary with up to 3 tweaks / refreshments. Additional revisions will be charged at $25 ea. Cancellations are $50 per person payable to Custom Travel Professionals LLC and are in addition to any cancellation fees imposed by the suppliers. Fully curated itineraries are $50 per day. This does not apply to allinclusive packages, cruise vacations, or guided tours.

What we'll need from you
Prior to the initial call, please review your budget for the trip and fill out the intake form. This allows us to talk through expectations and how you can get the most bang for your buck! If you don’t know a general price point, we suggest looking at your dates on Tripadvisor or comparable websites to get a general idea of nightly rates. Because each of our itineraries are custom curated, we take time and care to select properties, routes, and concepts that match your style. If we are headed in the wrong direction, we request that you are communicative and upfront so that we can change course.

We provide bundled rates from our destination specialized partners that provide you with incredible value. We provide custom itinerary creation for $50 per day, which will begin 2-3 months prior to departure.
