Chicken Katsu is a popular Japanese dish made of breaded and fried chicken cutlets. The chicken is typically coated in flour, dipped in beaten eggs, and then covered with panko breadcrumbs before being fried until crispy and golden brown.

Ingredients

350 gr of chicken breast

¼ tsp of black pepper

½ tsp of salt

Cooking oil

Steps To Do

50 gr of bread crumbs

45 gr of flour

1 large egg

½ tsp of chicken broth

½ tsp of salt

Lightly pound the chicken breast and season with salt and black pepper.

Put the flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs in a separate plate and season each with a pinch of salt and chicken broth.

Coat the chicken with flour until completely coated, then dip in the beaten egg and finally coat with bread crumbs

Heat the oil and cook the chicken over medium heat until golden and crisp.

Serve with spicy chili sauce or with curry seasoning, can be combined with rice or french fries.
