Macaroni With Cream Sauce
Cook the macaroni and serve with a creamy sauce prepared by heating a small amount of condensed milk to a boil, in a double boiler When it boils, add a tablespoon of flour, brush with a little milk and a quarter teaspoon of salt
Macaroni With Tomato Sauce


Put a cup of macaroni in the milk and boiling water let it cook until it is completely soft Meanwhile prepare the sauce by rubbing a pint of boiled or canned tomatoes through a coloner to remove all seeds and debris Heat to a boil thicken with a little flour; a tablespoon for half a liter will be the required proportion
Macaroni Baked With Granola
Cook a cup of macaroni until tender in the milk and boiling water When done, drain and place a layer of macaroni on the bottom of the pudding plate, and sprinkle some granola on top Add a second and third layer and sprinkle each with granola; then turn over the entire custard sauce prepared by mixing one quart of milk, two beaten egg yolks or one whole egg, and a quarter teaspoon of salt
