POSITION OVERVIEW The Junior Analyst, BeLux Research, EMEA will contribute to research activities across the Belux region, including sourcing, working with and analysing data. The candidate will support client engagement and our brand through contributions to thought leadership collateral, regular reporting and preparation of presentations for client presentations and events. The individual will develop a deep understanding of the BeLux real estate market, data landscape and the existing data systems both within Cushman & Wakefield and complementary sources outside the company, with a key deliverable being enhanced data quality and consistency across the region while assisting making data accessible to key stakeholders. The role will involve close connectivity with EMEA research teams to align BeLux data resources and market insight with related research deliverables in EMEA. The role will directly report to and work closely with the Head of Operations, Business Development Services, EMEA to deliver priority projects (data and thought leadership) and support excellent client engagement.
