CURE International aims to gain momentum with strategic steps to magnify our reach, and enhance the lives of more children living with disabilities than ever before.
Operation 2X is our strategic plan that defines the next three years for our ministry. It’s the roadmap to a future where we serve twice the number of patients from our existing hospital infrastructure. In this document, you’ll see everything from our Pillars of Practice; the Poverty, Disability, and Despair cycle; the Twin Track approach; and our Theory of Change, just to name a few.
The plan is centered around six primary objectives:
Expanding care for vulnerable children, multiplying ministry impact with strategic partnerships, pursuing operational excellence across the network, upgrading hospital facilities through capital investments, strengthening national health systems, and diversifying and growing the financial base of support.
