WE BUILD OUR UPHOLSTERY WITH A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF QUALITY, PRIDE AND INTEGRITY. We use eco-friendly Belgium style linen, without the usage of harsh chemicals. All of our linen is 100% natural and possesses all natural dyes. All leather used throughout the product of our collection is 100% Top Grain Leather, which is selected from the upper section of the hide. The leather is then sanded or buffed in order to remove imperfections. We use 100% Cotton Velvet, which is also eco-friendly, and free of harsh chemicals. It is soft, supple and luxurious. Our nail head trim is all brass, and applied by hand. Our button tufting is applied by hand and sewn into the upholstered piece which enables it to remain in place for a longer period of time. Our frames are all hardwood, with corner blocked reinforcements to ensure a long lasting and stable piece. Our seat cushions are 4 ½� Foam cores, which are wrapped in polyester fiber and topped in goose down and feather. Our frames possess eight-way hand tied spring suspension. This is the strongest, most resilient, flexible, and longest lasting system in the industry. We incorporate self-decking within our upholstery collection. This is the fabric that is applied under the seat cushions. It prevents objects from slipping into the frame, maintains a neat appearance, and adds to the integrity of the piece by maintaining equal weight distribution when seated.
