Build beyond the ordinary. Be Extraordinary.®
BRING YOUR VISION TO LIFE
GameTime Landmark DesignTM will help you design and create play spaces that tell a community’s story and inspire children and families to be active and playful. We work with you to determine your vision for a signature recreation destination, and we combine the right products, materials, and concepts to make your dream a reality.
You’re involved in every step of the process from the initial sketches and early models, manufacturing, and installation to ensure the end results exceed your expectations.

A PROVEN PROCESS
The success of any project lies in the details. We take painstaking efforts to make sure your dream comes to life exactly as you imagined. We identify goals and objectives, outline a clear plan to achieve them and involve you every step of the way.
1
COLLABORATION
Let’s creatively brainstorm and prioritize the desired project outcomes. We’ll consider historical, cultural, and educational opportunities, explore accessibility and universal design, and discuss materials to minimize environmental impact.
4
FINAL DESIGN
During the preliminary design phase we’ll provide early sketches and drawings to help determine the style of your new play space. Now it’s time to finalize the concepts. We prepare an interactive look book with renderings and animations so you can see the final design options. This is also when you’ll receive a final proposal with budget, timelines, and responsibilities assigned to all parties.
2
NEEDS ASSESSMENT
Now is the time to determine the best site location and how to secure the property for the project. We’ll consider the number of children and adults who will use the space, how to create age-appropriate play, and any special requests. We’ll also review the project timeline and budget.
5
FINAL APPROVAL
Once the final design, budget and schedule are approved, it’s time to place the order for your materials. Final engineering, including detailed component shop drawings, takes place after the order is placed. On select projects, the approval phase will include scale models or a visit to our design and manufacturing studio for approval of key details.
3
PRELIMINARY DESIGN
Let’s get input from key stakeholders and community groups, including parents and children, to make sure everyone is heard. We can help you host a design workshop or town hall meeting to brainstorm ideas and hone in on a central theme. This is the perfect time to review the project timeline, sequencing, and budget.
6
SITE CONSTRUCTION
This is where dreams become reality and you see how all of the planning pays off. We help coordinate an expert team of site contractors, certified playground equipment installers and play specialists to prepare the site, assemble all the components, and bring the play space to life.

NATURE CONCEPTS

SOUTHEAST METRO PARK Travis County, TX
In 1935, geology students from the University of Texas, W. Clyde Ikins and John Peter “Pete” Smith, made an extraordinary discovery: bones of a wellpreserved mosasaur skeleton from the Late Cretaceous Period. The area was meticulously excavated, revealing even more parts of the skeleton. This find remains one of the most complete mosasaur skeletons ever uncovered.
To honor this rich history, we created a 30-foot-long play mosasaur in Southeast Metro Park, adjacent to the original excavation site. This unique play structure not only encourages children to stay active but also teaches them about the history of their community.

FROM CONCEPT TO REALITY
Concept sketches were developed to reimagine this larger-than-life creature while adhering to ASTM and CPSC safety guidelines.

A PREHISTORIC ADVENTURE
This magnificent creature was brought to life using GameTime’s TuffCrete® material to craft a realistic skull. Its body is supported by durable metal pipes, intricately woven with strong cable ropes that invite children to climb up, down, and all around! Young explorers can complete their journey by traveling down the moving disks to the creature’s rear fin, where a little hut creates the perfect spot to rest and imagine new adventures.

GOOD FOR THE GANDER
The playground features custom equipment celebrating Currituck County’s native waterfowl, including a large goose play structure with a built-in slide. The nearby play structure utilizes Timbers panels to give the space a more rustic feel, while poured-in-place rubber surfacing mimics the look of the surrounding marshes.
ATASCOCITA SPRINGS PARK
Humble, TX
This elementary school’s dino-mite playground is far from prehistoric— it’s a shining example of modern custom design capabilities.
From the moment children step onto the playground, they’re transported into a Jurassic adventure. Dinosaur footprints, “flowing” lava, and even a massive fossil are embedded beneath their feet, while familiar dino friends like the T-Rex and Triceratops fully immerse future paleontologists in a world before time.

MAGMA-NIFICENT
As aspiring paleontologists roam the structure, those who are brave enough can venture to the heart of a volcano where a fast tube slide awaits—creating a perfect escape route from the “active” eruption!

CAROL FOX PARK
Jersey Village, TX
Nostalgia runs deep in Jersey Village, Texas. This small town houses just over 8,000 residents, many of whom have called the community home for decades.
Every adult in Jersey Village carries memories of Carol Fox Park. Affection for the space is literally etched in stone, with the names of volunteers carved into the pavement by their own hands. When the Jersey Village Parks and Recreation Department decided it was time to update the space, those carvings sent a clear message: the new park had to be something special, something unique, while still honoring the memories of the old space.

LET’S GET KRAKEN
Armed with sketchbooks and a dream, the team began designing a giant, climbable kraken, gradually crafting an immersive, aquaticthemed playground. The system’s green and blue color palette creates a visual connection between land and sea, complementing the surrounding trees.

TAKE FLIGHT
Children in the control tower are often left spellbound as real-life airplanes fly past the park! This is a great way to create a special moment for your little aviators.

ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPTS

HOWARD AMON PARK Richland, WA
Howard S. Amon settled in Richland in 1904, quickly becoming a pivotal leader in the community’s early growth. Through innovation, hard work, and an ambitious irrigation system, he believed the Columbia Plateau’s sandy soil could be transformed into fertile farmland.
Today, the park is a beloved part of the Manhattan Project National Historical Park, a collection of sites across Washington, New Mexico, and Tennessee that honors remarkable scientific achievement—inviting visitors to explore history through play.

ANCHORS AWEIGH
Bodies of water have played a critical role in Richland’s history and continue to shape the community today. Howard Amon originally drew from the Yakima River for his early irrigation system, while the nearby Columbia River remains a cherished gathering place for residents. The custom boat play system pays homage to these rivers, celebrating the history and heritage of Richland through play.
