Forensic psychology is a discipline that intersects psychology and the law The Master of Science in Forensic Psychology online program prepares students for advanced careers within social service organizations and the criminal justice system.

MISSION

The mission of the Cumberland University Master of Science in Forensic Psychology program is for students to employ a scientific approach to understanding behavior in terms of its biological, cognitive, social, emotional, and contextual components, their interactions, and to develop an appreciation for its implications in forensic settings

The 36-credit hour non-clinical program combines a core set of courses centered around forensic psychology

6semesters

Students typically take two courses per term but there is flexibility in the program to adjust to individual needs of pacing as work demands and graduate school are balanced to fit the graduate student’s life

This program is offered fully-online

A bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited university with a minimum 2 5 GPA GPA of 3 00 if you were previously enrolled in a master’s program
