Having attended both offline and cultural events to online classes with virtual seminars, my experience is filled with rich moments of learning and fun. The professors are super supportive and provide many learning resources to help navigate and explore our journey in learning French .They are friendly and understanding, at the same time being clear about the targets to be achieved to ensure maximum learning with real life application. The AF library is a great resource for avid readers and I was able to read many novels and contemporary pieces in French. I feel really glad to have been a part of Alliance Baroda and would definitely recommend it to all those who wish to add French language along with amazing experiences in their lives.

Consul Général: On 14th July, we celebrate two separate events that took place on the same day during the French Revolution. It was not a coincidence. We celebrate the 14th July 1789 when the Parisian people attacked the old prison and royal fortress named “The Bastille” ~ where there weren’t that many prisoners. In fact, it was almost entirely unused. And it was the symbol of the place where the King could, without any probable cause, send anyone he deemed guilty. It was considered as the symbol of Royal Arbitrariness. Hence, the debut of the revolution is symbolically considered to be 14th July 1789 during the revolt of Paris in France.
