Every successfully Week-Send experience includes at least three of these five ingredients. SOMETHING INTERACTIVE Invite students to customize, build, decorate, vote, taste or participate.

WEEK-SEND SOCIALS SIMPLE. SOCIAL. ALWAYS A HIT. Easy-to-execute experiences that encourage students to gather, linger and enjoy being part of the campus community. Here are a few social events for inspiration!
SUNDAE SUNDAY
End the weekend on a sweet note with a build-your-own sundae bar featuring premium ice cream, sauces, fresh fruit, candies, whipped cream, and cherries.
COOKIES & MILK
Nothing says comfort like the aroma of warm cookies fresh from the oven. Pair freshly baked cookies with cold milk, regular and chocolate, (from a local dairy farm, if possible) for a simple treat students won't want to miss.
COFFEEHOUSE SOCIAL
Create a cozy coffeehouse atmosphere, where coffee is permitted, with specialty coffees, flavored syrups, teas, hot chocolate, and fresh pastries. Soft background music encourages students to relax, study, or catch up with friends.

Managers Tip: Keep it simple. One featured food or beverage, music, welcoming signage and an inviting atmosphere are all it takes to create a memorable Week-Send Social.

A MEAL WORTH WATCHING Pair iconic films with incredible food for the ultimate weekend experience. Designed to be simple to execute while still feeling special. The experience includes a featured dinner menu served at the traditional hot entrée station, inspired by the evening's movie.
