Pop Up Café is all about creativity, innovation and staying on trend. Explore fresh flavors, unexpected combinations and craveable concepts that get guests talking. Here are a few ideas to spark inspiration.

CONCEPT RAMEN BAR

WHAT YOU WILL NEED bowls, chopsticks, chafing dish, hot beverage dispenser or soup kettle, serving utensils - serve in fiber bowls or china NOTE: a hot beverage dispenser works very well for broth

WALKING TACOS

chafers, bowls, serving utensils - serve in bag of chips NOTE: Frito's or Doritos are preferred chips

GRILLED CHEESE & TOMATO SOUP

griddle/panini press/chafer, soup kettle, serving utensils, platters (for addons), soup bowl - serve in boat (with deli paper) NOTE: make grilled cheese to order if possible

DELI BAR SPECIALTY SANDWICHES
