Check tire pressure Adjust seat height Ensure bike is clean and ready Test bike with blender attachment before the event

HOW TO USE THE BIKE 1

Add ingredients to blender

2

Secure lid and attach to bike using the magnetic strap

3

Have a guest hop on and pedal for 10 seconds (cheer on your guests while they bike!)

4

Pour and serve

KEEP IT

MOVING! While one guest is blending, prep the next smoothie or blended treat.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS: • Ensure there's more liquid than fruit - liquid should be added to the blender first and should cover ingredients for smooth blending. • Encourage guests to start slowly and pedal gently - then pick up the pace. It's more of a beach cruise than a spin class!

Step 1: Choose your base • •

FIND IT HERE!

Dairy Milk or Non-Dairy Milk: both options are rich in calcium and vitamin D, promoting bone health and creating a nice creamy smoothie. 100% Fruit Juice: fortified with vitamins and minerals for a sweet boost to your smoothie.

Step 2: Add your fruit/veggies •

•

• •

The options for fruits and veggies are endless – this is where you maximize your smoothie’s nutrients! All colors of fruits and veggies add a different complex of vitamins and minerals (all good), and all have significant health benefits. Choose your fruits and veggies based on your favorite flavors. Fruits and Veggies can either be fresh or frozen. If you use fresh produce, make sure to add more ice to your smoothie to keep it cold and refreshing. Fruits: apples, berries, pears, peaches, mangos, grapes, bananas, pineapple, kiwi, cherries. Veggies: spinach, kale, beets, carrots, zucchini, cauliflower, cucumber, celery, cauliflower.

The rest of the steps are optional! You can create a delicious and nutrient dense smoothie just following steps 1 and 2. Steps 3–5 will help supercharge your smoothie with added boosts.
