Important Conference Information

The Connecticut Women ’ s Consortium acknowledges that the Trauma & Recovery Conference, hosted at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford, is on the traditional land of the Tunxis, Wangunks, and Sicaog (Saukiog) Peoples.

Parking: Discounted parking is available for all conference attendees who park in the CT Convention Center garage. Please be sure to pick up your discounted parking voucher from the registration desk each day. Discounted rates are below:

Monday and Tuesday: $11

Registration:

Please remember to sign-in and out at the start of each day that you attend the conference. Those who do not sign-in/out each day may not be eligible for CECs. Zoom participants, please be sure you have logged into the meeting using your first and last name. Visit the registration desk for questions and concerns.

Meals:

Gluten free, vegan, dairy free, and vegetarian diets are accommodated right on our breakfast and lunch buffets; any other accommodations need to be requested directly through CT Convention Center staff. All participants must show their meal ticket included in their badge at the lunch buffet.

Safety & Accessibility: COVID-19:

At the Connecticut Women ’ s Consortium, we put the health and safety of our staff, trainers, and customers first. That’ s why we ’ re strongly encouraging all participants at the 2022 Trauma & Recovery Conference to mask up and practice social distancing. In addition, we will continue to monitor all regulations and guidelines from the CDC and the Connecticut Department of Public Health. When you mask up, you help us protect one another and the vulnerable populations we serve.

Nursing room available:

There is a Nursing Room available in Boardroom B. Boardroom B is located on the 4th floor close to the cityside elevator – see Connecticut Women ’ s Consortium or Connecticut Convention Center staff for more information.
