The American Cancer Society Hope Lodge program provides a free home away from home and support community for cancer patients and their caregivers. Patients staying at a Hope Lodge are in active cancer treatments and reside a distance from their cancer treatment center. Rochester’s Hope Lodge opened in 1999 and offers 62 rooms.

Gift of Life Transplant House was founded by two-time kidney recipient, Ed Pompeian, who recognized the need for affordable housing for individuals on a transplant journey. It is now the largest transplant hospitality house in the US, and provides accommodations to transplant patients and their caregivers in a home-like environment.
The Concrete Advancement Foundation works towards three main goals including funding and managing highly credible and impactful research, disseminating knowledge and creating educational tools, and acting as a resilient resource for collaborative funding, all within the scope of advancing the concrete industry as a whole.
The Concrete Industry Management Program is designed to combat the shortage of skilled managers needed to support growth in the concrete industry. The program provides academic programs, as well as leverages government funds for research and educational initiatives that will benefit the entire concrete industry.
