During her time at Cleveland State, Clarice worked more than 20 hours per week for a local law firm. She interned with TAMS Group, a management consulting firm providing human resource solutions and provided project support for the firm, conducted compensation benchmarking using salary survey tools, as well as researched market practices and workforce trends.
