THE STUDY OF TOPICS IN BUSINESS SUCH AS: Accounting Management Marketing Operations And More
FLEX CORE: The BA in Business Studies degree features the Flex Core which is a specialization designed for students to take 24 credit hours of any academic coursework. These credits can be transferred coursework from other universities or be coursework outside of the College of Business.
The Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Studies gives students the opportunity to deepen their understanding in useful areas other than business and still obtain a business degree. This flexible program provides students the opportunity to specialize in an area of business in accounting, economics, information systems, management, international business and more. Business studies majors graduate with not only a breadth of business knowledge, but also with skills in a specific subject matter area.
If you are interested in getting a business degree, but don’t want to go through the rigorous coursework of a typical Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), then a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Business Studies may be a good fit for you! With this degree, you can also deepen your understanding of communications, psychology, sociology, a foreign language or other subject which can be useful in your future career.
